We absolutely LOVED this place! There's not a blade of grass out of place here and the sites are HUGE! Russell, the owner, lives on property and all day long he's working on keeping this little slice of paradise absolutely perfect. One of the best campground managers we've ever run into. Super friendly, and always thinking of how he can make your stay better. They are constantly improving this new campground, and are currently in the works to add a fire pit and socializing area. We stayed in site #9, and it's one of the best sites we've ever had. Complete privacy with a fenced in back yard! All the sites are great, but our favorites were #9, #8, #7 & #5.
This property is just a couple blocks off Hwy 98 and is located in the middle of a neighborhood. But you'd never know it as the entire campground is completely fenced in and seems like your in your own little world. The landscaping is impeccable and there are little creature statues in the trees and on the fences throughout, making it feel so quaint and homey. No real amenities as of yet, but if you're looking for a spot to relax and chill out, this is it. We also found a great dog park about 8 miles away called Liza Jackson Dog Park, which has 2 fenced in areas for large and small dogs, and the most magnificent off leash beach area for tossing frisbees and balls into the water. This was our Golden Retriever's favorite park of all time, and he's...

Pros: Affordable (probably the most affordable park in the area). Tall, 8 ft fences keep you hidden from the surrounding neighborhood Owners have surveillance so you feel safer leaving your camper for a day or two to explore. They keep it decorated by season.
Cons: No WiFi (even though they advertised WiFi coming soon - after 3 months, they still didn’t have it). People will pay more for WiFi so just get it already. The owner will go through your garbage cans at night. Weird. Owner made multiple comments about my in-laws being gone all the time…really none of his business. Surveillance is very “big brother”. If you have a dog and missed a scoop, he will call you out on it immediately and cite “video evidence” to prove it. So word to the wise: pick up after your pets and don’t leave them on a lead. Ever. (That’s just being responsible so no fault on owner for that).
All in all, it was an okay place to stay for the price, but if I can find somewhere that has much less contact with the owners, I’ll definitely be looking...
Read moreTrue hidden gem of a small quiet rv park. It is about 15 mins from the closest beach access but don’t let that deter you. We drove around to other parks in the area, and everyone was crammed in there and their rates were 100 plus a night. Grater was very reasonably priced at 75 a night, and we thought it was totally worth it.
Sites here are very spacious and Russell the owner was awesome. He helped us back in at night, gave us a goodie welcome bag, (to include a candle, doggie bags)and he seemed to truly care about his guests experience. The park does not have WiFi yet, (but hotspot/starlink would be great here) there is laundry across the street, and a brand new Publix 3 miles away.
I would say the only minor downfall is you have to drive thru a neighborhood to access the park and there are a few tight turns as there is no left turn onto Brenda lane, which is only mildly inconvenient, but for what you get here, we easily got over that.
We had no issues towing our 36 foot 5th wheel, and there were other rigs in the park bigger than ours!
Again, highly recommend...
