Alpine Escape Yosemite Rental — Hotel in Oakhurst

BEAUTIFUL PLACE IN PERFECT LOCATION! We just spent 3 nights at this fabulous place and did not want to leave. The house was very relaxing, super clean and well-appointed. Beautiful wood floors, modern appliances, luxurious towels, mattress pad warmer, beautiful fireplace, games, dvds, you name it. Added bonus for those who may be mobility impaired - no stairs and you park right by the front door! Although you can find cheaper places outside the park, being at Yosemite West was worth the cost (especially when you consider the long lines to get into the park each morning and the winding roads). Tom was extremely helpful and gave us great hiking and scenic drive recommendations, custom-tailored for our family. With Alpine Escape, we got a great travel agent in addition to a beautiful place to stay. When we get back to Yosemite, Alpine Escape will be our first choice for...

This house has more than you could ever expect! During our stay, there was a power outage for at least 5 hours, and our house was the only one on the street with lights on, thanks to its batteries. It made a huge difference!

Tom was incredibly attentive and cordial, providing us with all the necessary information. The house is perfect for up to 4 people and is located within Yosemite, although it is about 30 minutes from Yosemite Valley where you can find groceries. So, come prepared.

My family and I stayed at Alpine Escape for a weekend this June. The home is located inside the park which is amazing! So you get to stay within Yosemite for the duration of your stay. The home is clean, spacious and has everything you need like kitchen supplies, towels, tv/laptop hook ups and internet. The location is incredible every time you head down to the park you get to see tunnel view which is where we stopped every night on the way home to watch the sunset. I would definitely recommend this rental to couples, family's or small groups....
