I want to start by saying Helen at front desk is a sweet lady, there was a long line and she never lost her cool .. We are diamond members with Best Western rewards. We are supposed to get an upgrade with our Diamond membership. We booked a King Patio Room. We should’ve been upgraded to a jacuzzi suite .. every one that was in line in front of us was upgraded from double to queens or queens to kings, however we were not.. And we were charged the price of the King Patio room of 76.00 and had we just booked a King room was $57 . Then should have been upgraded to the king patio if they weren’t going to honor the diamond benefits and give us the best room of the king jacuzzi. I was told it was booked but when I went online it still showed avail. Of course tho for sat night they jacked the price up to like 150. Which is ridiculous . Not one room in that place is worth over 57 a night.. Also we were notified pool was closed for Maintenance. Now who in the world does that on a Friday?? Wouldn’t it make more sense to do it through the week? The bathroom is super tiny. The room had a sofa bed in it which is totally useless. also our Patio door Doesn’t lock. My husband walked outside and he was getting dripped on by the air conditioning above him.. when we got here the air was off in the room and it has a terrible moldy smell.. think I found out why.. look at the mold outside our door! (See pictures) The breakfast was subpar. There are no dairy alternative options, almond milk etc. They could not get our bill correct. We had 2 $20 gift cards earned through BW rewards. They couldn’t figure out how to deduct it even tho directions on how to do so are right on the paperwork I gave them. None of the women in the breakfast area spoke any English. It was very frustrating. Right across the hall someone had at least 2 big dogs that were barking Sunday morning from 3:30 am off and on till we left. I don’t mind animals, but put them on the end of the hotel . Not right on 1st floor by the doors where ppl are walking by and they hear them and bark. There were holes In the curtains that let the light in. The air conditioning was not consistent and it felt damp in the room the whole time we were there. And it had the worst toilet paper ever. The bar/restaurant place was a joke. A hamburger and chicken sandwich with fries and tots and 2 drinks was 64.00 ! There were no prices on anything. We just received the bill with no itemized prices that said 64.00 . It became a zoo in there after we left. We could’ve ate at a steakhouse for that. There was one waitress/bartender. Apparently it is a popular hangout for locals they all knew each other . We were down there about 6:30 and they were. Already drunk. My husband went out the side door to smoke a cigarette and they were smoking pot..he came back in with a funny look on his face and said I won’t be going out that door again. All in all we will be coming back here in July for a truck show and let’s just say we definitely won’t be staying here.

I don't know where to start. We booked this accidentally last minute intending on another location. They made it impossible to change the reservation, so we just drove out of our way to keep it. Begin nightmare.... This place has doo many disturbing smells I couldn't pinpoint one. The room seemed clean but absolutely reeked. We went to the outside pool to escape it. Braving the sun and heat seemed a better alternative. But no food, beverage or alcohol allowed by the pool. No beverages. Like water. By an outside pool. As we were approaching the gate the clerk was admonishing a group of 20 or so paying customers threatening to call security if they didn't clear out because they had poolside beverages. She paid no mind to the random groups of neighborhood kids who were trespassing to use the pool. That posted rule goes unenforced. The room was poorly maintained. Hair on the bathroom walls, the ceiling damaged and poorly repaired, smoke detector hanging from the ceiling, ac unit cooled like a swamp cooler. It dropped the room temp some, but was so humid it was unbearable. Between the smell, humidity, filth and outright neglect, it was difficult to sleep, but a long day won out and I slept some. If we hadn't driven 16 hours today we would've dropped this place instantly. I didn't even have the energy to make an argument. I had to convince myself to do a public service in writing this review. It feels like renting a locker room at the local high school, complete with wayward kids. To be fair the local kids were pleasant. They even posed for a photo before hopping the gate with their basketball and taking off. If you want to stay in a sketchy place and grossly overpay for the privilege, stay here. Otherwise, skip it. Places like this close down quickly or have to accept the roach motel rates they deserve. Either way, don't subsidize the filth.

When we first got here we are checking in and the lady says it’s $50 for incidentals ok no big deal then she says they only take cash well like a lot of other people i don’t carry cash so she says there’s an ATM right there if you use that it’s a $2.99 fee ok i get $60 cause it only gave out 20s then when i go to give it to her she asks if i had change long story short she kept the $60 and we got it back in the morning but they will walk go your room and check now the room the hallways stink the room stinks the closet door had a hole like someone punched it the tv had to marks on it like they hit it with something and it showed when the tv was on there was water stains on the ceiling the restroom was missing a light fixture the towels where stained along with the bedding and the AC didn’t work definitely won’t be coming back

I booked this room because of the close proximity to the OGE softball field. I stayed a few years before when it was a Best Western because it had a bar and restaurant in it. I believe the place back then was ran-down but the perks made it worth it.

The guy who checked us in the first day was not friendly or pleasant at all but I never had to deal with him again. I was looking forward to a beer and meal there after I got settled. Both bar and restaurant were closed and the restaurant only operated to serve breakfast from the looks of it. There were a lot of annoying things about this place but the most annoying was the issue with key cards. It seemed that you had to go all the way back to the front desk to have the card re-keyed or whatever they do to them. The cards simply did not work after a few uses. I was told by one employee it is because of phones being to close to them. However I kept that card separate from my phone at all times and it still wouldn't work. The lamp in my room was broken and leaning and part of the curtains didn't close right due to one being pulled off the rack. I had those flying ants in my window and was not able to open the window to get rid of them because it was not only caulked it had a screw drilled into the frame to stop it from opening. We asked housekeeping to get them once and reported to the front desk also. After that we just lived with it. The elevator often got stuck though you just had to open the door and try again and there is only one elevator. To top it all off I think I brought back tiny ants from the room. I opened my laptop this morning after pulling it from its bag and a horde of tiny ants came out of it. The laptop stayed on the table in the room while the bag stayed by the window (my mistake). I don't care how close it is to the softball stadium I will never stay here again. The only other thing besides the short drive that I enjoyed was the really nice woman who worked the night shift. She was friendly and...

Clean, friendly, safe, and affordable on a budget. For under $60, you can't beat the attention to detail WHERE IT COUNTS. What you WILL get: A clean comfortable bed and room. A clean and sealed bathroom with great water pressure, really nice fixtures, and clean/spotless linens. A wonderful hot/cold breakfast with plenty of options. A largish flat screen tv with satellite. A safe hotel location and room. Friendly helpful staff. A small but nice laundry and fitness facility (bike, treadmill, pully weight bench, stair climber, clean towels, cleaning wipes.) A small fridge and microwave. Small seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and makeup removal towelettes in room on arrival. A bar and grill that appears to have varied hours I am uncertain of (seemed closed during my stay...no menu in room.) Fast WiFi connection. Neutral decor that is pleasant to the eye for most any average taste. A GREAT price and value. A touch of class most everywhere that is uncompromisable for your average middle-class person.

What you may NOT get: A scent as fresh as your garden. (except in the fitness room where they have air freshener on a timer...nice touch). Immaculately upkept and unchipped furniture. A crisp tv guide. Greeted by a comfortable temperature upon check in (although the air worked well after I set the temp and waited about half an hour). Likely no room service (or no evidence of its existence during my stay in mid December). WiFi may not be very secure. (no password needed to connect, though you will be redirected to an agreement webpage upon attempting to connect).

If you consider yourself "high maintenance", you may not be entirely content, though i think you could "grin and bear it" with moderate suffering if you are just passing through and minding your travel budget.

Otherwise, I highly recommend!

This is based on my stay on the 20th through the 21st...
