Once again, the hot tub was shut down. Anyone can have a room on the water. The amenities are what make us book here. The fireplace also didn't work. The cabinets were pealing, there was a whole in one of the towels, there were bras in the drawers and food in the cabinets and an outdoor mat as the bath mat. If you do dec8de to rent, the maintenance comes in every day at random times to check the hot tubs. If you dont hear the knock, it doesn't matter. They will march right in. Beautiful condos , just kind of secluded to any shopping or anything else for that much ! Prices per week are high for the specific area , if they were next door to Flora-Bama maybe ! Its a long way to walk to the best bar around when youve been drinking and hot , even at night during summer ! That wouldn't be a deciding factor if why someone would stay there unless it's sporting break i would imagine . It is a gorgeous property though all in all , and they will provide ANY amenity you're willing to pay for a as well , AGAIN ANY AMENITY IF YOU HAVE THE CASH , JUST ASK THE PROPERTY...

This is our third year here. They have beach access with chairs and umbrellas, an outside pool between the buildings, inside pools, wet and dry saunas, a lazy river, hot tubs, and jetted tubs. Parking is in short supply and not cheap depending on your package and or who you book through. There is free parking inland though it's a little drive away.
