Chase Motel — Hotel in Perry Heights

called ahead of time about a room, was told it was 55$ a night, arrive to office 3 minutes later and am told it is now 65$ a night 😐. eventually end up getting them to give me the original 55$ price they told me..get to room and am told NOT to touch the heater under ANY circumstance because it is already on. room ends up being insanely cold not to mention the huge gap under the door and draft blowing through window. TV was so unbearably grainy, remote barely worked and shower was absolutely FOUL. was sad because I had much higher hopes for the place it looked like it would be decent. On the positive side no bed bugs that I could find and room did have a microwave and fridge. So I give it a 6.5/10..would stay again...

Edited* So the gentleman that co-owns and helps run this motel! We asked why the prices went up but rooms weren't remodeled or anything to show where the time, effort and remodeled the vicinity Fast N Friendly Management, 3different sized cabin sized little studio type rooms with individual car port parking, updated new doors,locks n keys, updating new paint jobs in all rooms and soon new carpet in rooms as well,also replacing old AC units with updated ones, anytime I call or go up to front desk to request new linens cleaning supplies and/or products they always come in a quick and timely manner..Affordable daily as well as weekly...

I like the motel for the most part they are nice people who are just trying to etch out a living like the rest of us out here and to be totally honest with you they're really sweet. I don't really have any complaints except the rooms tend to get really cold in the coldest days and nights of winter and really hot in the summer. But otherwise they do a good job.
