Flowers by Pat — Local services in Perry Heights

At a wedding, I had the unfortunate experience of working with Flowers by Pat. The complete lack of a quality product, disrespectful behavior and absolute lack of professionalism are the only the beginning of how this florist delivers its services and flowers.

The flowers delivered to the wedding were not what the bride ordered and were severely underwhelming.... However, the on-site florists were defensive and slow to admit that the flowers they brought were wrong, and with no time to replace, the bride and groom's beautiful day was forever tainted with cheap substitute flowers.

The two on-site florists from Pat's, treated the groom disrespectfully on several occasions, addressing him and the rest of the wedding party in a demeaning and condescending tone - ironic for florists delivering cheap, substitute flowers. Additionally, one of the on-site florists tried to undermine the coordinator and ushers in the processional process, becoming extremely confrontational and completely disrespectful.

Finally, both on-site florists from Pat's left the church site prior to delivering all services and returned after having multiple drinks... Unprofessional behavior potentially contributing to the lack of respect shown throughout the day.

Serina and Kathryn brought my wedding floral vision to life. They were a breeze to work with and were totally understanding and informative. I had pictures in mind of what I wanted bouquets to look like and they brought flowers out from the coolers and showed me pictures of flowers that could be used to achieve the look I was going for that were within any budget. I was disappointed with my purchase of Valentine’s Day flowers for my wife from flowers by Pat..I thought I would upgrade to the deluxe package of the dance with me that they published from their website. I wanted abundant full looking flowers... What she got was a extremely skimpy flower arrangement for what I paid. I realize the pictures on a website are not gonna be exact.
