EuroGyro — Restaurant in Ohio

Ordered 3 gyros and asked for feta. When my husband got home with the food there was zero Feta on them. We live within walking distance so we called up to the store just to ask for a souffle cup of feta, since we paid for it, and figured that was a reasonable thought considering. Instead the girl on the phone was extremely rude and called my husband a liar and dismissed him on the phone. So I took our gyros up there to basically prove there was no feta on them and the girl at the register said she was the one on the phone with my husband, and that she made the gyros herself and they had feta on them. She refused to look at the gyros and instead decided to "pull up cameras and show me" to the extent where I had to unwrap them and spread the contents of the gyros across the front counter to convince her there was no feta on the gyros. Girl who works front counter in massillion don't like to take phone orders, she will either just hang up on You or put you on hold for 15 plus minutes and never come back .. was on hold for over 15 minutes and still couldn't get someone to take order , pretty sure she does this so she doesn't have to work so hard, this has happened on mUltiple occasions when trying. To order so it's not cause thier busy its laziness ...think it's time for a new employee to work...
