Relax Inn — Hotel in Perryville

I wouldn’t even give this place a whole star. It’s the most sickening? Disturbing, out right dirty place to ever stay. It’s so out of date. They literally NEVER clean any of the rooms!!! I mean there was a pile of dirt still in the corner of the room. The bathrooms look like you can catch a disease just stepping into them. The water comes out rusted. I had the most disturbing dirty sheets on my bed!! There was literary spots left over from the last person who stayed and blackest longest hair ever in the bed too. I went to front desk asking for new sheets and pillow cases because they also were filthy. The woman literally told me no at first and proceeded to give me the ugliest attitude. I said okay well than give me my 50 dollars back and I will gladly take my money and go stay somewhere that’s actually worth that amount of money for one!!! That changed her mind real quick. And brought me out literally just one sheet instead of a whole new clean set including pillow cases and a blanket. I just shook my head. I would of literally left but it was so late at night and I was so tired. When I changed the sheets. Let me tell you how amazed and disgusted that these sheets were so clean and the whitest color like they should be if there washed actually. The ones that were on the best before were literally the color of a light, tan, brownish color like a clothing that’s been in a smoke room for a long time. You know how wall colors eventually will fade over time in a smokers house that’s exactly what this beds whole settings color was except way worse. I’ will never ever ever ever even give them people not even 20 dollars to rent the room for a night ever again. It’s the most trashiest, disgusting, unprofessional, unsanitary motel I have ever even laid eyes on. You will definitely 100% catch a disease, infection, or become very ill if you ever stay heRe even one night. How in the hell has that place stay open for business and not even shut down by the health department, or just went in foreclosure from lack of business and no customers is literally beyond me. I cannot even begin to wrap my head around this dump so called motel that’s still standing by the same dirty owners will never be okay I have literally prayed for this place to be bulldozed to the ground. Not even a new owner could save this place. It’s the most disgraceful business I’ve come across yet in Cecil county. For the health department you should be ashamed to check this place off for citizens to be allowed to spend there hard earned money, including travelers who are in the area on business who work hard to even pay for a room from these people to get a good night rest in this hell hole infestation. PEOPLE IF I WERE YOU NEVER EVER, EVER even think about staying here. I promise you will seriously be regretting it and feel dirty sitting in the room after a hour if that. This place is really came up from when I stayed here back when it called the El Capieton and when the Indian lady ran it, it's very quiet, me and my dad and his girlfriend rent there , the rates are reasonable considering they have been working on this place on and off for about almost a year since their new manager Ms Crystal she's parcely disabled but she tries her hardest to work and do her duties. I've seen people have to get evicted due to not wanting to pay their rent and or too much drug traffic with guest, which that is something every motel/hotel deals with. I've seen Ms Crystal struggle some days to get things done I've befriended her and my dad loves her like a daughter he never had. Ms Crystal does great with all of us here now that all the trouble people have been made to leave and when I say the Manager tried her best to help anyone, I've even been in the office when someone couldn't pay for there room begging not to be put out but Ms Crystal would come out her own pocket. The rules that they have aren't on paper but they are no different from other motels! Ms Crystal the manger has definitely eliminated a lot of crime and drug sales at this motel and there is no prostitution going on either. The name absolutely fits this motel now with her in charge , they are very lucky to have her as a manager, me and my dad n his gf feel very grateful to have a very honest upstanding motel manager as her. Relax Inn also has a new Manager Ms Crystal told us about that has been doing all the work n painting on the motel it looks great a huge vision change from what it use to look like, the colors are kinda odd to me but blue colors are definitely different from all other motels I even told Ms Crystal he seems like a real professional painter, she thinks very highly of him especially how he breaks things down for her with her Adult Autism but to be honest this motel came along way due to Ms Crystal determination to make it a safe better place and it lives up to its name Relax Inn only time we see the bridge police or Perryville cops is wen they doing speed checks. Bottomline this motel is the best and affordable...

My stay at the relax inn was far from relax ing. The gentleman at the desk was extremely rude and very unprofessional. He went out of his way to linger around our room and made my wife feel very uncomfortable. He continuously hit on her and actually went so far as to ask her if she wanted to go out with him sometime. With that being said the woman owner was the nicest most kind woman ive ever encountered in the motel business. I had a business contractor stop by to discuss a job and because he was there longer then ten minutes the rude gentleman came pounding on our door and was insisting we pay an extra charge for our guest. I understand they need to make their money but come to your customers without out an attitude. Dont ALWAYS assume the worst of people. Not everyone is bad. I was very embarrassed in front of a new business associate. We insisted on speaking to the female owner at that time and he tried to tell us that she wasnt on the property...
