I’ve brought my dog here 3–4 times, and while my past visits were fine, my most recent experience was so bad I won’t be returning.

When I arrived for pickup, the woman at the front (I believe the owner) handed me the wrong dog. When I told her it wasn’t my dog, she insisted it was until I showed her a photo. Then she went to the back and suddenly my actual dog “wasn’t ready.” I waited another 20–30 minutes.

When my dog finally came out, his haircut was noticeably shorter than usual. She claimed it was because of knots and charged me extra but I brush my dog daily and he had no matting. When I expressed confusion, she started talking down to me, as if I don’t know how to take care of a dog. I’ve had dogs my whole life. Still, I stayed polite and just said “thank you.”

But once I got home and looked closely, I realized the haircut was terrible, choppy, uneven, and not at all what I asked for. I called and was told to come back Sunday. When I returned, she again tried to gaslight me, claiming it was my fault for not being “detailed enough.” I was clear, my dog is half poodle, half Westie, and I wanted his Westie features highlighted. That is not what I got.

Instead of acknowledging the issue, she argued with me, said there was nothing wrong with the cut, and even said she’d shave him down completely “if that’s what I wanted.” I just asked her to even it out. At one point she even pulled up my file to say I’d “only been here three times” as if that made the service I received any less unacceptable.

What’s worse is I know this place has a reputation I’ve heard stories of pets being injured or them causing a death of a dog. I really wanted to support this Latino-owned business and gave it the benefit of the doubt. But after this experience, I left in anger and in tears, scared for my dog and incredibly disappointed.

Bottom line: They disrespect you, gaslight you, and don’t take accountability. Save your money and your pet’s safety! Go...

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this pet grooming location. My dog was completely shaved down without any communication or warning. I understand that mats can require shaving, but as a professional, they should have called me first and explained the situation before proceeding. The most concerning part is that my dog came home visibly uncomfortable, with swollen testicles from the clippers being taken way too close. He can barely walk and has gone from being a happy, friendly dog to withdrawn and in pain. This is heartbreaking to witness. When I went back to address the issue, the explanation I was given was dismissive and offered no real accountability or resolution. There was no refund, no apology, and no genuine concern for the harm caused. While my first visit here was fine, this second experience has been unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone who truly cares for their pets. Groomers should prioritize both communication and the safety of the animals in their care — sadly, that did not...

I was pleased with the outcome with management. Very nice people and patient especially with the management. THE PLACE IS VERY CLEAN.Giselle she stayed late and waited for me after hrs so that I could check my 2 dogs into the dog hotel over at PET TOWN . To make the hotel stay package better I added grooming services with the hotel package deal to make the dog hotel experience accommodating for my two exotic micro bullies.
