Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. When I walked in this place with my friends and the people that work their started staring at us us from top and bottom. I was waiting for someone to tell us if we wanted a table for 3, but they didn't even bother talking to us after standing for a good 20 minutes. I asked a lady if I could sit anywhere, she replied yes in a rude way. After we sat anywhere, we were waiting for a good 20 minutes more for someone to give us a menu and ask us what we wanted to eat. Unfortunately no one came up to us or even bothered talking to us. I asked a blond women if she can give us the menu so we can other and she just shook her head and rolled her eyes at me. She also said "I'm to busy, and I never told you guys to sit" she gave us the menu's and we just walked out of the restaurant. Worst Dominican restaurant i've been to. First issue I come in fully staffed but only one person working the rest are standing around talking .That two people walked out Second issue- chicharron was cold & more fat than meat skin was soft but so much oil I couldn’t eat it Third issue- received the wrong order. I had to drive 35 mins back. When I came they wanted to give me the food that was sitting for more than a hour as well as the same food the lady who mistakenly got my order and took it home as well ..very disappointed and very unsanitary .I work in the food industry any food that leaves the store with a customer and is brought back needs to be thrown away .you do not know if that customer has eaten from it or touch it …this is very displeasing and will think twice before coming back here.
