I would never recommend staying at this hotel!!! Worst experience ever! As a professor this experience will be one I will share with my students in several of my business classes of what not to do.

Checked into hotel and the first thing I notice when I went to my room is the smell. It was a foul smell. Then I noticed the toilet wouldn't flush; called the front desk to fix. They never came, call front desk again and they showed up with a trash can and a plunger and handed me the plunger. I refuse to plunge a toilet in a hotel room. I was then advised that I could use the restroom down the hall. I requested to be moved to another room. They moved me and in the middle of the night someone was trying to come in my room with the key. I was alone and this was very scary being in a new city and someone trying to come in my room in the middle of the night. They never updated the computer to show I was in the room and double-booked it. Front desk called in the middle of the night to say "sorry about that." I had to be up at 4am to catch a flight. Needless to say, did not get much sleep. Also, note the second room smelt just as bad as the first room. I went to check out at 5am and the man at the front desk was too busy playing on the computer in the back room. He had music blasting from the computer and it looked like he was either watching videos or playing a game. Too busy to worry about guests trying to check out and catch a shuttle. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Cancel future reservations. Stay at the Courtyard next door; they at least know the meaning of customer service.

Also, here is the reply I received from the Country Inn and Suites;

"Thank you for reaching out to us. We sincerely apologize for the condition of your room and the service you received from our staff at that time, which made your stay less desirable. Your feedback is very beneficial and will help us facilitate all necessary hotel improvements to ensure a positive guest experience. It is our hope that you will consider returning to stay with us again, so that we may have the opportunity to offer you an experience that is nothing less than excellent."

What kind of service is this? How about discounting the room cost for all this inconvenience? I would never stay at this hotel or any of its affiliates after this experience. "Thank you for helping us improve?" Really.? That is the best response for all these problems? Everyone I told about this could not believe it. This is not a good place to stay. My advice is stay at the Courtyard next door. It may cost a bit more, but well worth it. This hotel...

Was in town for graduation and birthday celebration, the stay here was atrocious!!!! This was truly the worst part of the trip! Whoever stays in this hotel please stay at your own risk!!!! I have a mold allergy and it flared up my entire stay here, on my last day here I woke up and my right eye was swollen it was so bad, and lo and behold once I left the hotel it cleared up! My best friend woke up with nose bleeds and headaches and my mom had issues as well. She had to request for her sheets to be changed only for them to do so, two days later. We had to switch rooms due to the odor of mold and mildew in our room, only for our new room to have the same problem. Our sheets were not clean when we arrived, they were off white and the minute they were changed to fresh sheets you can tell the drastic difference. Our toilet seat was tattered and missing paint and they said there were clean, just old toilets. Toilet seats can be changed. During our stay we overheard several complaints from other guests about the same issues- smell and lack of cleanliness. It’s like they see and hear these complaints and do absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Every time we voiced a concern they had an excuse (the seasons changed, the toilet seats are old, the cleaning staff person was new, etc). There was no accountability at all. Even knowing that these complaints existed, they made no effort to accommodate with a cheaper stay or other accommodations. There was no apology for the state of our rooms. Also they provided shuttle services, but these were unavailable during our flight time which was 7am. Guests have early flights and they have no means of accommodating. The ONLY redeeming factor in this hotel were the shuttle staff members, Jim and Cyndi. They were wonderful and provided FANTASTIC customer service! They are keepers! I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else. You would do better spending that money elsewhere, with a hotel that legitimately cares about their guests and the health of their guests. Please read these reviews with the lower stars, these are accurate. The higher stars, the hotel must have written or paid people because there is no way this hotel deserves 4 stars, they don’t even deserve 1 but it’s the lowest Google will allow. I don’t normally even take the time to write reviews but I made an exception in this case because this is a major health concern. I don’t want others to experience the same...

The staff is great. Our room was nice, the complimentary coffee in the lobby makes up for the lack of coffee makers in rooms. It is not a bad hotel, the problem is location. Its conveniently close to the airport and I believe they offer a shuttle service as well, so if it is a short stay for you I can recommend (just lock the door to your vehicle). My family and I stayed here for almost a month and had multiple issues with drugheads in the parking lot, someone broke into my vehicle and stole our belongings on two separate occasions, the second time was right after christmas and they took all of my kids art supplies so I was very upset about that. Also sadly, there is a few homeless ppl who dig through the trash there and leave bottles of pee lying around, my bf was ambushed by one man asking if he knew where to find any "blues"?¿? I do believe a drug dealer resides here as there are constantly sketchy individuals going up and down the side stairwell and on several occasions we saw ppl who were nodded out in their cars/trucks. Again, the staff is great and none of this is their fault, I truly believe this could be a nice hotel if it wasnt for the location. The motorcycle cop who is constantly pulling ppl over across the street and in the hotel parking lot provides a false sense of security, as he is very clearly only worried about traffic violations and not the heroin addicts who are nodded out in their cars and digging through other ppls vehicles.

In short : I can recommend for a short stay (with your car doors locked) but if you are looking for something more than 2 or 3 days you might want to look elsewhere.

For anyone interested in knowing more about my stay here : there was one day specifically that I was very sure there was a dead body in the hotel. The smell of death in the hallway was overwhelming and I had to play a game with my kids (see how long we can hold our breath ) to get them outside. Not sure if some disgusting person left a pile of used tampons or what but when i say the smell burned my freaking nose hairs I am not exaggerating. I can still smell it. That day was the only day we had that problem but I was so disgusted and honestly scared to go back. I was like 90 percent sure someone had overdosed in a room or something because i have unfortunately seen a dead body and thats exactly what it smelled like.

On the plus side they give you a breakfast bag in the am with a bagel and cream cheese ! Lol I guess its all...

After this stay, I will never stay at a Country Inn & Suites again. The rooms lacked a lot of things. They were sterile-ish and definitely not inviting. They were half cleaned. There was a big pile of long hair on the floor beside the bed, a spill of some dark brown substance on the floor by the tables in front of the couch. The sheets on the bed had pill-balls on them. The "comforter/blanket" on the bed was yellowed. There was no cable TV in our room. The shuttle van to the airport was out of service, so they were using ride-shares instead. No, I'll pass on that. The couch was miserable to sit on because the back was so short. There was no furniture to sit any of our items on. My husband went to the vending machine and got an ice cream sandwich that expired 09/2024. Yes, this is 2025. There were no USB ports near the couch to plug your phone in, and since there was no TV, that would have been extremely helpful. Don't try calling the hotel because they put you on hold for 13 minutes, then disconnect you so you can call again and get put on hold for another 9 minutes before they answer. Then explain that if you need to be picked up at the airport, just call them. Yea, no. You can see in the photos what they advertise for their rooms compared to the actual room. Such a huge difference. It's a good thing we were only there the 1 night to catch a plane the next morning because we would have changed hotels. It was a miserable stay.

Every floor smelled and looked bad including the lobby. All the floors had paint spills and drips, everywhere was under remodeling. My key didn't work 2xs as I had to lug my luggage up and down the gross tiny elevator. My TV only allowed the Weathet Channel and the only employee working that afternoon/evening, had to work the front desk and only offered to leave a note for the next shift to help fix or put online the TV. The free breakfast wasn't great either. The smell of every floor and the lobby/eating area made it so I had to carry it to my room. Soggy sausage links and eggs, a long line for making waffles and cold cereal. I was hoping for a healthy option like fresh fruit, even a banana, but there wasn't anything healthy. The coffee was okay The room wasn't soundproof as it states. The early evening and the early morning I had to listen to workers remodeling the room across from mine. The smell, the paint and suppl7es everywhere, the zero healthy breakfast, and forced to watch only the Weathet Channel with the desk not even calling the cable company, all sucked. The 2 evenings I got to swim alone in their pool was nice. They're not all that close to the airport. Their shuttle service driver was awesome

This turned out to be a nightmare for my family. The place is dirty and dated with a stench of marijuana all over the place. Black dirt and stains on the mattress and on the white bedspreads, threadbare furniture, thin walls, frayed carpet at the doors, filthy hallways, holes and stains in the carpet in the rooms. The flooring is coming up in the tiny, nasty elevator and in general it doesn’t feel safe because of all the people hanging around outside all the entrances at night smoking. They tried to charge us for our service dog without letting us know. I had to produce documentation for the charges to be dropped. On the third day, my card key suddenly stopped working and the receptionist was so rude replacing one. Found out someone had gone to my room and tampered with our luggage and a pair and of my new jeans was stolen. Tried to complain to the front desk of whom were very rude and not helpful. They promised to look into the cameras and never got back to me. If you need to speak with the manager, Deanna, she will ghost you and the staff is instructed accordingly. I had to insist for them to even give me her contact information. This place is horrible and won’t recommend it to anyone.
