If we could, we would give this 0 stars. We checked in on Friday giving the fact our air went out in our condo, and they couldn't fix it for a few days. It was my husband, me, and our children, 5, 2, 2months. Upon going into the room the carpet was filthy, outdated, and the t.v. barely worked, molding was coming off the sides of the walls. Not to mention I dropped my sons bottle behind the bed and when my husband pulled the bed out for me to get it there was TONS of trash under the bed. We asked the front desk if we could switch rooms just to be told that we was in the room for more than 20 minutes so no. Friday night was wild. There were people running up and down the hallway, jumping the fence to get in the pool after hours, and the smell of marijuana throughout the motel. When we called the front desk I was told "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" Saturday I took my daughter down stairs with me to bring breakfast upstairs and was told I better not take that food upstairs because I would suffer very bad consequences. I felt like I was in jail. I now understand there is a policy for Wyndham hotels that states food needs to be ate downstairs. That's understandable but the mamager Loma is nasty and rude and I didnt find that out from hherI found it out from Wyndham customer relations. On Sunday we went swimming and came back upstairs to our room to find a dead roach in the bathroom as well as a weird looking bug in the bed. I went dowstairs because we had enough and would rather deal with the heat in our home than to deal with this trashy motel. The front desk guy said "Well we cant refund you your money so I dont know what to tell you." We had prepaid til Tuesday. He didnt even offer to switch us rooms. So we suffered another night. Monday I took the kids down for breakfast and as we are eating I found mold on a danish that my 2 year old was about to take a bite of. I informed them about it and showed it to them and they just said "oh yeah i see what you are talking about" but never took the rest of the pastries out of the bin they were in. After house keeping came to clean then room they changed the bed sheets as normal, well when my 2 year old woke up Tuesday morning he developed a small patch/rash on his lower back. When i informed the nasty manager Loma about it she said that didnt come from her hotel. He has never had that and didnt get it until they changed the sheets, where else would it come from!?! Tuesday is time for check out and i was waiting for my husband to come back from a job he had to estimate for his company. Check out time is 11:00 but my husband wasn't going to be back til 12:00. I informed the nasty manager Loma I would need a late check out and she told me if I didnt get out of the room she would call the police for trespassing. Any other hotel I have been at offers late check out. I was humiliated to sit in the lobby with my bags and children. Other guest was asking me if i was ok, if I needed anything because it looked like we were homeless or something. Seriously what would another hour kill them for us to wait for my husband?!?! I called Wyndham customer relations on Saturday to file the first part of the conplaint, then again on Sunday to add to the complaint, then Tuesday to add the rest. I was told I would hear back from the hotels general manager by Thursday to rectify the situation and I NEVER got the call. When I called Wyndham customer relations and told them I had no call, they took matters in their own hands and comped us 2 free nights at any Wyndham hotel. I wouldnt recommend a stray animal to even stay here. In the lobby the ceiling is leaking on the floor with no wet signs (lawsuit waiting to happen). Please spend the extra 20 bucks and go to the Ramada down the street. That is where we are now and its beautiful. Clean and more updated. I wish I could poat the photographs to...
Read moreI put one star because its the less we can put here for the review and also because the senior over there was nice.. but i don't recommend this place at ALL especially if you are with kids. First of all we order a non-smoking room and we "got it" but the smoke smell was all over the lobby at night that you cant even breath (if you are a non smoker or suffer from allergies, asthma, etc) and also was entering our room. The room wasn't clean it has spider webs. Things were in bad shape at the room and also you can notice it at the lobby, NO SECURITY at all !!! They even have a paper sign at the window desk that says " they are not responsable for anything missing or stolen if someone force your door etc" seriously?! What kind of hotel says that to you when you first came in and in a paper??! I was scared already.. it seems more like a motel im not sure but its defenitly not a hotel, they also say FREE breakfast and you may think its a real one but NO.. its just cereal maybe bread and a think juice, i'm not sure (in a small room with only like 2 or 3 small tables) so they should specified that breaksfast its not a complete or real one maybe its ok for people that cant afford more money but still no one should be in a place on that condition. We ended up in that place because the photos online were fine for the price and it says pool and free breakfast for my kids but its not what it really looks like in person, we didn't sleep there we ended up leaving even if we lost the money and booking in another real hotel that was just perfect and we could sleep safely!! Lesson here: cheap is expensive (lo barato sale caro) just wait a little longer and when u get enough then pay for it at a real one its not a big difference on price to this one and other good ones, It's worth it. Won't ever come...
Read moreI have stayed a this hotel several times in the last few months. I will only stay in 2 rooms in the entire hotel because the other ones I've looked at were always awful, but the desk clerk Sam was always pleasant and did his best to with what he had to offer. Last night, Wednesday 8/6, I checked in through Snapshots travel site and got the room for $57. As always I got the room I requested. Room 115 or 117. After get settled in I decided to open the curtains to find that the left siding window was completely opened and no way possible could be closed. I called the desk and ask them to please see the problem. The only option I was given was to move to another room. I asked to see it. Well this room had both windows damaged and they actually expected me to take it as is. Offered no money back. So I pulled the sliding window from the left window in order to replace my window which gave me peace of mind. Was told to report it to the little lady manager in the morning. When I told her what happened she was extremely rude and told my I had no right to fix it myself and should have left it alone even go After the night staff had no clue what to do and had left me with a unsecured room on the ground level. She told me that she was going to credit me and still has not. So I was forced to share pics of the windows, broken drawer that hasn't been fixed in at least the 3 past visit in that room and also the chain lock for security which hasn't been touch since I mentioned it 3 weeks ago. The place is a mess and I recommended that anyone who checks in to check out the room completely before signing the receipt for payment cause it's very unlikely they will do the...
