We recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel from May 26-27, 2024 for 2 queen rooms, and we are writing to express our deep appreciation for the exceptional service and hospitality extended to us during our stay.
From the moment we arrived, We were welcomed by your friendly and professional front desk staff Iola. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were particularly impressed by Iola who took the time to provide helpful information about the hotel’s amenities.
Our room was comfortable, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room’s cleanliness and ensuring all amenities were in place, adding thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable.
One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service we received regarding our request. To our delight, Iola and Steve graciously accommodated our request, the process and their readiness to answer any questions set tone for a wonderful stay. This gesture was incredibly appreciated and truly exemplified the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction.
The breakfast experience was another highlight. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable. The staff were attentive and ensured that every meal was a delightful experience.
Additionally, We were impressed by the range of amenities your hotel offers. The jacuzzi was exceptionally impressive, the fitness center was well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was both welcoming and luxurious. The attention to detail and the quality of service throughout our stay were truly outstanding.
In summary, our experience at Springhill Suites Pleasanton was exceptional. Read moreNice new hotel but very poorly designed rooms. VERY dark, minimal lighting, reading lamps did not work, a/c not adequate, motorized blinds broken. Had to move our room because of all this. Bathroom was visually nice but poorly designed, not a hook or anywhere to hang your towel near the shower, no shower cap or other sundries provided. The 'sofa' which is a big reason for getting a 'suite' was like a big brick. It's actually a trundle bed which is great if you need it but if you don't you cannot sit on this thing, no way. The TV isn't even facing it so what's the point ? You're watching tv from bed so ?? Breakfast was terrible. English muffins were stale, turkey sausage were like hockey pucks, no potatoes, no sliced bread for toast, no pastries just bagels. Worst hotel breakfast we've ever had. On the plus side was the staff ! They were lovely, very very helpful and fun. We made the best of a crappy situation because of the staff but we would never stay here again. No where near...
Read moreI booked a room directly on the Marriott website 3 months prior to my stay and pre-paid for my room because I've had previous pleasant experiences at SpringHills.
When I arrived on site I was told that my reservation was cancelled and that I needed to book the room again which I thought was odd given I wasn't the one to cancel the room.
The hotel said that there was nothing they could do and urged me to call Marriott to get a refund and get clarity from them on what occurred. I've attempted to call Marriott multiple times and they've given me no indication on what occurred or that I'll be receiving any sort of refund despite not being the one to cancel my reservation. I'm genuinely convinced this particular site is exploiting patrons to garner more revenue - would strongly advise booking at this...
