Not what we expected. Made a stop here in our travels through FL and nothing was good about the stay:||1. The bathroom light was flickering (nonstop). We left it on for a few minutes to see if it would eventually stop flickering - it did not. We informed the front desk that night and said we'll stay in the room and deal with it. |2. We get back in the room and turn on the night stand light. Now that light was flickering. Again we left the light on for a few minutes to test it, it it continually flickered. It was bad enough that the room is full of reading lights and not a big light to illuminate the whole room. I sat in the mostly dark room while watching tv until I went to bed.|3. The landline phone was on the night stand, but had no cord. Granted, we had cell phones, but found it funny. Why have the landline phone?|3. No alarm clock. The website says they have alarm clocks. Yes I have a cell phone, but I like alarm clocks so I can see when I open my eyes in middle of the night, instead of having to reach for my phone and pressing a button. |4. The hot tub was closed since it 'did not meet Florida code'. When we checked in, we were not told this. We got our bathing suits on and walked down the hot tub, only to read the sign. As frustrating as that was, it would have been a smidge less if we were told up front instead of getting ready and walking to the hot tub. |5. The ice machines were not working.|6. The laundry machine was not working.|7. We found live silverfish bugs in our room.|8. A sign up front said; breakfast was $13.95, which I found very expensive, but the info packet we received at check in said breakfast was $15.95. I wouldn't pay either amount for breakfast, so I did not ask about that. |9. The manager was not working until 11am. Notice the convenient time since most people have checked out by this time. Sounds like it is on purpose to avoid any possible upset customers.|10. We booked early as they always push you to lock in the rates before they go up. While sitting in the room, we looked at the price we paid and the price that was currently online, and it was $25 cheaper to have walked in the door and paid for a room, than book in advance. ||The next morning, the lady at the counter asked how our stay was. My wife, said; not good and explained everything. We were told the manager does not come in until 11 am. Well that makes it nice for the manager. However, we were told that they would follow up with us, but would not give us any full or partial refund. At best, we 'might' get some points credited to our account. ||As you might guess, no one followed up with us and we have not received any credits (points or $$). ||If half your hotel is not working, why stay open? If half your hotel is not working, why charge full price? If you say you'll get back to me to discuss the issues, then do...

Read moreI’d had a pretty bad experience when attempting a check in at a nearby hotel. I called this hotel and explained what had happened and I was Blessed to have Dana answer my call. Dana was so very welcoming, friendly, kind, helpful, super informative and made me feel very valued. I was SO HAPPY to speak with someone who seemed to genuinely care to make me feel like I wasn’t just a number. Dana invited me to come to the hotel and I was so grateful and excited. When I got here I saw how beautiful it is and remembered that Hilton is Hilton, like my mother says. 😁 The pool and jacuzzi area is beautiful and available 24/7. I got a pretty pool view from my room and I love to hang out and just sit there and enjoy the view. It’s very comfortable on the patio/pool area and staff is always friendly! All of them! So fun! This hotel is situated in one of the best and most beautiful areas in Port St. Lucie, near 95, many different stores, restaurants, grocery stores/walmart, Publix, cafes, banks and even one of the nicest night clubs in the city “Vybez Lounge” only about 3 minutes away. Movie theatre, bowling. It’s about 25-30 minutes away from Jensen Beach and 2 minutes from the Mets Stadium! This hotel has a restaurant and bar, super friendly staff and housekeeping every other day. They have a coffee bar equipped with tea and hot chocolate every morning as well til 10am. No breakfast, though. I really love it here and you won’t be disappointed checking in!!! Thank you Dana you really turned my whole day around when i truly needed it. This hotel is pet and TSA friendly! The room has a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. I will say the snacks are marked up. But it doesn’t knock the hotel one bit. There’s a gas station about 3 minutes walking distance if you’d rather stock up on snacks there 😌❤️🙏🏽🫂I’ve had an EXCELLENT stay and know that...
