The place I stayed was a friend's parent's 'cabin' (a double-wide manufactured home), and it's not at all clear that a Resort actually exists here. It IS, however, a lovely backwater community ON the Columbia River west of Quincy, and you can rent condos from a variety of realtors and/or VRBO.. Surprisingly for a Hamlet of 600 people (guessing) there's a GREAT pizza joint (Tower Pizza) that you can drive your golf cart to (that's the kind of retirement community feel this place has) and a challenging-enough, well-maintained nine-hole golf course. They also had loud music with profanity and were using profanity profusely. This was very offensive to us. We also have two small children who we did not want around that kind of language. I woke up early the next morning to two girls fighting stating over and over, "Why are you being such a f"ing b...!" I spoke to the staff 3 times and they said there was nothing they could do. The bathrooms were recently remodeled and look stunning. The views of the beautiful Columbia River add to the relaxing atmosphere.
