Tower Pizza — Restaurant in Quincy

Disappointing, unprofessional and confrontational.

We ordered and paid for 4 pizzas for our party of 10 people, including 4 children. We patiently waited for over an hour, during which they told us multiple times “it will just be 5 more minutes”. Our food never came, and when we came to ask for it to go, they apologized and told us that they delivered our pizzas to another table accidentally, told us they would remake our pizzas and refund our money. We waited another 15 minutes with hungry children. When we checked on our order, they told us that none of that would be honored and we were out of luck. They offered us 3 free sodas instead and the guy at the front counter became confrontational and yelled at us. After he walked off, the other employees and patrons were agast at his behaviors and apologized for him.

We still never received our pizzas. Do not waste your time or your money here.

UPDATE: We did finally receive our pizzas, which we had boxed to go. We each ate a slice before leaving, where we discovered there was bacon on our vegetarian pizza. It was remade and they ended up refunding us $80 of the original $110 for the multiple situations. If I could do zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst food and service. When we walk in they tell us they are serving a limited menu because of the heat so basically wraps and salads. We walked in at 6:20 and were headed up the hill at 7:50. I had the BBQ chicken wrap and a salad. There was hardly any lettuce in my salad and they covered up the white iceberg with a mound of mozzarella cheese, olives, diced tomatoes and croutons. My wrap had maybe 20 pieces of cubed cold chicken drenched in gross BBQ sauce, a lot of tomatoes, hardly any lettuce. My son had the same, the only thing he said was my tots were good. My daughter got the Turkey bacon ranch wrap. It didn’t have any bacon a tiny bit of Turkey but boy was it packed with lettuce and no ranch. We asked for ice water and got a pitcher of warm tap water with a few melted pieces of ice floating in it. After we had been there an hour with no one checking on us or to even say sorry it’s taking so long or maybe can I actually get you a cold iced tea. We received zero service. I asked for our check and suddenly the food I described above was delivered to our table. This lovely meal for the three of us was over $50 and I had to go through the McDonalds drive thru so my son could eat. Do not recommend, very...

I want to start off by saying that I LOVE pizza….. but typically NY style or a good Chicago style pizza.

I did some research and saw that the pizza looked pretty decent. So, we ordered chicken wings and a large pepperoni pizza.

1st issue - The chicken wings were EXTREMELY salty. Also, if you want good ol chicken wings make sure to order “naked” because the regular ones are battered, which we ordered by mistake.

2nd issue - the pizza was super doughy & too much cheese (which I never said in my entire life… more cheese the better right?) - meaning I couldn’t tell if I was eating raw dough or what. I didn’t feel it was great quality of pep or cheese so for those reasons I gave a star the food 1 star.

Needless to say we ended up throwing away 75% of the pizza and all of the wings away. 😢

On another note the staff was nice and pickup...
