I’ve been a loyal customer at Sundial Collective since they opened and have usually had great experiences—until recently. I went in to exchange a defective vape cartridge (I’d taken one good hit before it immediately started tasting burnt), and brought both the packaging and receipt.
I was helped by Angel, who said she was the “lead.” From the start, her attitude was off-putting. She made faces when I explained the issue, told me they “don’t usually return vapes because of flavor,” and seemed more focused on finding a reason not to help than actually listening. I explained that it wasn’t a matter of taste—it was clearly a defective cart—but she kept saying there was no “evidence” of a problem.
She then pulled up my account and pointed out that I’d made returns before—yes, a couple times over the years for similar issues, and always with valid reasons. She also made a comment about it being a “cheap cart,” which felt unnecessarily judgmental and kind of insulting.
In the end, she “approved” the return, but the way she handled it made me feel disrespected and scrutinized—like I was trying to pull something, which I definitely wasn’t. I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed.
I want to be clear: the rest of the staff was kind and helpful, as they always are. But Angel’s attitude really soured the experience. I’ve removed the 5-star review I previously left and replaced it with this 2-star review—not because I want to bash the business, but because I expect better from a place I’ve supported for years. Kindness and respect go a long way, especially...
Read moreThey are always a bright spot in my day. Smiling happy laid back folk. A real blessing in my day as I'm surrounded by angry snarling wolves at the moment. I'm sorry they have to drive my road to deliver because some neighbors don't let us repair it in front of their places because they don't have to drive it and don't care about the rest of us that do. And the county will not take care of any if the roads out here. It's all on the neighbors. I had a cop tell me to call the county and have them fix it because the squatters dug two ditches across it. I tried to tell him it wasn't county maintenaned and they wouldn't do anything. He said he would call them. Never heard another word from him. Go figure! lol It's in your paper work when you buy a house here that you understand the county will not fix your road and its your responsibility to take care of what runs along your property line. I would drive in to visit you but that is out of my wheel house at the moment so I jusy apologize to all my delivery people and offer tips to those allowed to take them. Thank you for being you. Always a very fair deal too! Great quality. Never had complaint number one. Keep up the great work and God bless you all.
Another nice delivery driver, Derrick. You all are always pleasant to chat with. A happy moment in my day. Thank you...
Read moreI placed an order for delivery to a location 1/2 a mile from the store 2 hours before closing. I received a phone call after closing time informing me that I would not receive my order and would not be able to pick it up in person or get it from someone more competent because they waited until after all the collectives in town closed to inform me that they were not capable of handling the situation. I was offered a discounted pre roll as compensation and that offer was immediately rescinded after I stated that I would not be able to take delivery of it the next morning or evening due to having a job. If you use cannabis to treat medical problems, you cannot rely on these people. They will let you down. It’s not like most legitimate businesses where there is a minimum standard for service. They will screw up over and over again and never be held responsible for it. They’d rather transfer all the consequences to their customers. Do yourself a favor and give your money to someone else. Their polite attitudes are just ruses to cover...
