Tahoe motel manager Cashmere has been running the motel into the ground for MANY years charging $250 a week and now up to $950 a month for mice, roaches, broken appliances, no properly working heat and A/C, with even non working electrical outlets, broken windows, and in violations of code enforcement requirements and fire department code violations by Not having ANY smoke detectors and/or working ones gets served with a 14 day fix it notice to fix and abide by code enforcement laws, rules and requirements where serving tenant is not obligated to pay Any further rent money until repairs are completed, up to code, and units are livable, safe, working and clean, should know after his many years of neglect, refusal and denial of the law, codes, and landlord/tenant rules and laws should know first hand that you as a manager, renter and/or owner that it is unlawful to retaliate and serve tenant with a 7 day and 3 day notice to pay rent or quit, as well as eviction notices to the tenant that served management with the 14 day fix it notice. But once again, Mr. Cashmere has served tenant the very same day that the 14 day notice was up and WITH NO fixed units or repairs done, serves tenant with a 7 day notice to pay rent or move out while tenants are holding their rent payment until repairs are done and codes are met. But Mr. Cashmere thinks he is Above the law and don't have to abide by it at all... So now here it is day 16 after the 14 day notice was served and Cashmere refusing to fix anything or resolve issues and tenant is threatened, worried and scared that Mr. Cashmere is going to have his Sparks P.D. buddy come to Reno outside his jurisdiction to do Lock outs of tenants illegally served again like he did last week with another tenant. Landlord's, Managers, Owners and realstate agents are required by law to abide by the same laws that tenants have to do. This 7 day notice was not served by an official or officer of any kind making it a voided or fraudulent document but how much do you want to bet that come next Monday April 25th, Cashmere has his Sparks P.D. officer come to Reno to lock serving tenant out of their unit causing them to be homeless and without any of their property...

There had to have been four or five huge holes in the floor length curtains in front of the large, main window! Come on, twenty bucks could fix that eye sore.. Lastly, I had stopped by to visit a friend, for the first time ever, and was followed and ran off the property by the manager. What the heck is up with motels not wanting you to have company??? When you...

There is no service staff, think of it as a small...
