i have to leave an honest review and I had a terrible experience here. I’ll begin with booking: OYO and their booking info never match. I clicked on one bed every time on my end and it always came up random on their end. A person in front of me paid through OYO and the hotel didn’t receive payment so she had to find a solution for her and her child. They said it was out of their hands even though she showed proof The rooms: every last room I had was dirty. Dirty carpets, dirty floors, toe nails, already stained towels AND THE BUGS there were stink bugs and ants infesting the site. I got sick two times that they had me switch rooms and both times they had strong smells. There’s also a heavy wet dog smell coming from many rooms. Ceilings falling apart, damages all over the room, broken showers, leaking plumbing and piping, the heater leaked inside I can go on forever about the broken furniture, the internet and tvs not working, people fighting, children endangered, police serving warrants, I could go on and on RoseMarie : the absolute worse front desk manager you could ever run into. One of the first nights we stayed I called the front desk to ask if they had breakfast and with a nasty tone she said “no we don’t” and hung up before I could ask for housekeeping. You have to call housekeeping 2-3 times a day if you want them to come or they will dismiss your room because they are the most understaffed hotel we have ever been to. Rose Marie has also gave me a nasty attitude when she got confused because AGAIN OYO bookings never match what’s in the hotels system. She has also made it seem like she was doing us a favor for not wrongfully charging us $90 from a separate booking she accidentally made. Everytime we went in office she asked us questions that didn’t make sense confusing us with other rooms and if she’s in the office it’s almost guaranteed that housekeeping won’t show up. Yesterday we had to pull the GM aside because a man walked into the office with a bleeding foot. Rosemarie’s first reaction was to make a face and ask “I’m sorry are you BLEEDING??” Gesturing for him to step back as he asked for coffee The GM started asking the man about getting him a bandage while I mentioned to her that she probably made him feel bad. She has a very smart mouth when she speaks back with a nasty tone. She started shouting over the GM asking the man if he needed a bandage because of what I said, got some sense into herself about helping the man but shouting over the GM when he already grabbed the bandage for man was obviously not genuine. My partner asked if that was her name on the wall, I said yes and she chimed into our conversation with a smart mouth saying “YES ROSEMARIE THATS ME” and gave a crazy smile. Very antagonistic, childish and again the smart mouth at work? The GM came back and she went back to assisting us but I spoke with him first. The next day we came to check out and she whispered in ceces ear that she would check the room. We tried to check out per usual but a man came in the office livid because they had wrongfully charged him for towels they did not take or damage. Another woman recently came in also outraged because they had charged almost the whole security deposit wrongfully for towels she brought to show them that were still in the room. Mind you we have been asking for housekeeping for days and they never showed. Rosemarie sent cece pictures of 2 towels and a pillow case that looked heavily edited to tint some regular wash to look more exaggerated to attempt to charge us for more towels than she showed and the drool on the pillow case. I asked how to dispute this because she didn’t even take pics of everything she charged us for and was obviously exaggerating in a disgusting attempt to deter us from coming back and we will do just that if management allows this kind of petty childish spiteful behavior We look forward to speaking with management tomorrow hoping to correct Rosemaries behavior mistreatment and false charges and immature behavior and...

It has now been over two months since my nightmare experience at this hotel, and despite repeated emails to the address provided by OYO, I have received no refund and no meaningful response. Their customer support is a complete black hole — they acknowledge complaints with copy-paste “apologies” but never actually resolve anything.
This is not just an isolated incident. If you read the reviews here, you’ll see a clear pattern of overbooking, last-minute cancellations without warning, and unauthorized charges. Like many others, my family and I were left stranded late at night after a long drive from Canada, scrambling for a place to stay while this hotel had the audacity to charge my card in full without authorization. That is not just bad service — it borders on fraud.
Expedia has confirmed the hotel is responsible for issuing the refund, yet OYO hides behind automated responses and makes it impossible to reach a real person without a booking number (which they themselves cancelled). It’s a deliberate runaround designed to wear customers down.
I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT BOOK HERE.
You risk showing up with a “confirmed” reservation only to be turned away.
You risk being charged illegally for services you never received.
You will waste endless hours trying to get your money back.
I travel frequently and have stayed at dozens of hotels — this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any brand. Save yourself the frustration, financial loss, and stress. Book literally anywhere else.

I had a reservation at the Inn at Lake Washington by OYO I-405 for May 23 to May 25. I booked well in advance and even called the hotel the day before my trip to confirm my booking and let them know I’d be checking in late as I was driving all the way from Canada with my family. On the night of my arrival, as I was approaching the hotel, I gave them a courtesy call — only to be told they had canceled my reservation due to “overbooking.”
There was absolutely no email, phone call, or notification to warn me that my booking had been canceled. I had my family with me and was forced to scramble late at night to find alternative accommodations, going door to door at hotels and paying far more than we had budgeted.
To make matters worse, I had selected the option to pay at the counter and only pay a booking deposit, yet they charged my card the full amount without my permission — and as of one month later, I still haven’t received a refund. Expedia has told me the hotel is responsible for the refund, but I cannot reach a real person at OYO by phone without a valid booking number.
This was an absolutely horrible experience — truly terrible service. Save yourself the stress and do...
Read moreRooms were terrible and very dirty. Stairwell was broken in many places with zip ties holding hand rails on (seriously no joke zip ties). Broken fixtures, broken refrigerator, closed pool indefinitely despite listing saying it was a amenity that was available. Even dirty laundry in a room with Un made beds.... "They didn't clean they lied!" If your broke and need to crash and don't mind slum level rooms stay here, if you have a choice keep on driving!
Follow up edit to the review the company Oyo has responded if you're reading that don't think that they're a professional good company they're absolutely not it's all Bs I've already talked with them before posting this and I've already talked with the manager at the location and the staff and have all the people there was only one local guy that worked at the desk that was cool at all . The people at Oyo are outsourced overseas and have a horrendous comprehension or employment of the English language and they just run you in circles the end result was the guy at the front desk told me they would give me $20 back for putting me in one room with broken fixtures moving me to another room that had dirty laundry everywhere included in the bathtub and then into a third room on the third floor that had me walk up the stairs with every handrail being broken and rusted through held together with zip ties and I'll post the pictures and in the third room fixtures still were broken but at this point we had to sleep. And when we checked out that's when we were told we would get the $20 back after all of that and it should be in my account within a few days a week went by we called back they told us to call Oyo we called Oyo they gave us the runaround told us to call the desk we called the desk talk to them and they said they would call Oyo it turned into this big circle and now it's been over a month . No refund no English speaking customer service outside of the front desk in the location. Just save your money go somewhere else unless you're absolutely broke and you don't mind sleeping in a slum and if you have any issues don't expect any resolution except for the nice guy at the desk with the tattoos...
