El Rich Motel — Hotel in Rosedale

This place need b update so much bc after room don't heated or AC n need better house keeping bc I saw front guy go in room didn't chance sheet on the bed n room I stay at didn't have no wash cloth or towls n went to front desk ask for one he say I can't get towls bc laundry room close but I only have wash cloth so I had dry off pillow case It mess up bc how much they cost for room they could do something make room nicer than they r n think health apart come see this place they will b shutted down this place n on another side of Pulaski highway hotel r nice then this side of Pulaski highway n much cheaper than here this of Pulaski all hotel r mess they need close all one on this side but of course this side will b like this bc close to city n then another one r closed to Howard County n middle river this place cost $70.00 a night n then another side some hotel r $40-$50 a night they keep up update their room but some times you need a place to sleep or live u have no choice stay this place I have friends of my stay here now for two months n he have two little kids n wife just been waiting for their apartment b ready this place don't have anything for kids or a pool so they stuck in little room but again u don't have no choice stay better than living in shelters or...

I have been staying at this hotel for a lil more than 2 months and I will start by saying the family that runs and manages this hotel are wonderful . They do a very good job with housekeeping and they try there very best to keep the place free from trouble makers I have worked for a large hotel branch and have traveled alot and this is one of the best mom and pop hotels i have ever stayed at .
