Philadelphia Style Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Maryland

Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza from this location, as I have done many times before. When the delivery driver arrived, he had forgotten to bring my pizza. He said he would go back and bring it. Once he returned with my pizza and had left, I realized that the pizza had been made incorrectly. I called and spoke with an associate of the store at length about how I was delivered the incorrect pizza. He stated he would allow me to speak with the manager. I was placed on hold and then when the phone was picked up, it was the same associate trying to explain to me about how the pizza was correct. I proceeded to ask for the manager again. 5 minutes later, the assistant manager picked up and I explained how my pizza had been made in the past compared to the pizza that was delivered to me. She agreed with me on the ingredients, but then once she realized that my current pizza was not made that way, she backtracked and started saying that they've always made the pizza the way it came to me tonight. She refused to accept any responsibility or come to a resolution. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, which is made with buffalo sauce as a base, cheese, grilled or fried chicken and topped with buffalo ranch sauce. The pizza that was delivered had a marinara tomato sauce base with cheese and chicken tenders. No buffalo sauce nor ranch. Just basically a cheese pizza with chicken tenders placed on top. I was told that if I wanted any resolution I would have to wait until Monday to speak with the actual manager. Unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I just ordered a chicken parmesan sub deal that came with an 8" sub, fries and soda for $12.49. I asked if they could give me some marinara to go with my fries, but they didn't tell me how much they would charge for it, which is something they're supposed to disclose. With their delivery fee and CC transaction fee (which I only know about because it's on the receipt but it lists no prices) it came to over $16.

Their delivery guy called me to tell me he was outside my work establishment. OK? I had to tell him to come inside. WTH?

So like a normal person, no one likes reheated fries, so I had those first. When I got to the sub I was absolutely appalled. Their idea of an 8" chicken parm sub is to take literally two 3' long chicken tenders and put them on the bread, and cut it in half--literally 1 strip for each piece of the sub. That's not a sub, that's a chicken strip slider. oh, and like NO cheese.

Now, I ate it because I was hungry and that was my friggin lunch but I took the two strips and put it on one half of the sub. I'll never ever buy from these people again. EVER. EDIT I called after I had a moment and they refunded me. At least they were willing to...

I ordered a small pizza and nachos, it came to an astounding 30 dollars, thats okay, I see it as paying for a lesson learned. This business charges you a delivery fee, a "credit card" fee and expects you to tip as well. Not only was the food pricey, it just wasn't good.. The nachos had virtually no sour cream and the cheese wasn't even melted at all it was cold, like they dumped it on right out of the fridge. The pizza was the worst pizza I've ever had in the area, bar none. Impressively awful. So, do carry out next time right? Well, no. I've also had the displeasure of doing carry out, the inside, seemingly established employees are rude and seem to always be yelling at the younger people on the phones, it happened both times I had done carry out, and I also heard them yelling at whoever answered my phone call. Awful food, hidden fees, and rude employees treating the younger workers poorly. Unacceptable. They will not have my business and I will be informing my associates to stay...
