I went inside to order my food and there was a young woman on the phone with a customer. She was very rude and short with the person on the phone. She then came to take my order after telling me how “grandma” (the woman on the phone) was annoying her and people need to stop trying to tell her how to do her job.
She took my order and everything was fine. A crowd came in behind me and she yelled at the line that they were out of sodas. A man in the line asked for a soda with his order and she yelled out to the crowd again asking if she needed to repeat herself because she just told them she didn’t have any.
In addition to this young lady being very rude, I noticed that no gloves were being worn eventhough there were 3 full boxes of gloves on the wall next to the sink. Read moreI visited this Burger King location on May 13th and was dissatisfied with the WhooperJr. with cheese sandwich (light fixings were requested) that I ordered through the Drive Thru lane. When I got home and opened the wrapper, the top roll was flattened and burnt looking; there was so much mayo on the sandwich, which made the sandwich very sloppy and disgusting. I could hardly see the burger under the mess and I stared at the sandwich in unbelief. From the appearance of what was before me, I wouldn’t have given that sandwich to a dog. I don’t live around the corner from the restaurant, so getting in my car to return the sandwich was not realistic for me. And, if there is any doubt, I threw the sandwich in the garbage can. However, as a result of that bad experience, I will always take time to check my order at other restaurants before leaving. I will NEVER patronize this Burger King...
Read moreI’m a truck driver, and I stopped at two Burger King locations around midnight to get some food. Since the lobbies were closed, I parked my semi in the lot and walked up to the drive-thru window—because my truck can’t fit under the canopy.
I explained my situation clearly, but both locations refused to serve me simply because I was walking. I wasn’t trying to cause trouble—I just wanted to eat. They offered no solutions, no flexibility, and no basic customer service.
