The Rushford Inn — Hotel in Rushford

We traveled with our dog, and stayed in one of the pet friendly rooms for a weekend. The layout of the inn is so user-friendly, with a door in the room that goes to the interior of the inn, and one that goes to the exterior, allowing guests to park right in front of their room and unload the car quickly and easily. With a dog along, it was nice to exit directly outdoors when it was walk time. That was a feature we really liked. ||||The room was spotlessly clean and a nice size, felt very roomy. The heat worked well (chilly weather that weekend). The folks at the front desk were friendly and efficient. And they had added two small loaves of banana bread to our room, such a nice touch. Nice amenities, including wifi that worked great, a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. This was a delightful place to stay, perfect for us, and we are planning another visit this summer with our bikes. The inn is right next to the bike trail and is very biking friendly as well. As a hospitality professional, I have spent many years in various types of hotels as well as critiquing hotels. I have to say that small town hotels make me nervous. Not the case here. Loken's Rushford Inn is an excellent small town hotel. The best small town hotel I have ever stayed in over the past 30-years. Very clean, well decorated, and the rooms are great. Not the usual shoe box small rooms. Very roomy. I really like that the sink is separate from the shower and toilet. There is also a microwave and mini-fridge in the room. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. I would rather stay here than in an economy hotel like Motel 6 or Sleep Inn. This is so much better. You can park right in front of your room, but you also have a door that accesses the inside of the hotel. Rooms come with a nice continental breakfast. This would be the 2nd time we stayed at the Lokens Rushford Inn and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lolly is a wonderful asset to your business . She is an extremely hard worker and has great customer service. She went above and beyond for us the whole weekend. Attentive, accommodating, with great customer service! Appreciate everything she did suggested and went above and beyond for us! Clean and well taken care of property! Comfortable beds and beautiful area . We also use the conference room with catered meal. It was a great success… But again Lolly was wonderful and accommodating and supportive to us and the caterer. We appreciate all of the help we got!
