This place is under terrible management Ken Gallagher and his assistant Mike Jones are worthless ball less piece of ...., They sucker you in making you think all is wonderful here if you have a complaint bout something they pacify you making you believe they'll take care of it Ken is boozed up all the time he smokes cigarettes in the office while tenants are there he will cuss you out if you ask him to straighten something out around here (Come see for yourself you'll regret it) , he lets people do as they please round here tenant's and Mike dealing drugs all about , people with fire pits including Mike burning what ever they want including trash and old shoes, tires. Maintenance is unheard of around here trees terribly over grown lots of dead trees here real fire hazard some hoarders here with their lots over flowing with piles of junk, people blast their music all they want got noisy dogs all over the park charges 9 bucks to use their electric meters never any security checks round here baby rapist here allowed to play with children while having halloween decorations to draw them in, The new owner comes here every week and cares less, this place needs some real men to straighten things out Stop collecting a free check and rent and get off your...

To describe this park as a glorified homeless encampment would not be inaccurate. Between the constant sirens, junkyard type "campsites" of permanent vehicles, wandering tomcats and tied up dogs, this may not be what you are looking for. The people, however, are extremely friendly and helpful. ||We decided within a hour of setting up that this was not for us, but had already driven 7 hours. We found a much better facility the next day, but had to wait until the following weekend to move. We kept to ourselves, and the blinds down.| Warning. They do not give refunds. It wasn't until after they had taken payment for the month, that they informed us that the pool was out of order at least until end of summer, the gate partially worked and was transitioning to a new system, the grill area out of order. We never even bothered to go to the laundry facilities, but I would not get hopes too high.
