It's owned by this Chinese person, that is in it to make a profit. Some people have been here for years. Lots of rules, especially about not walking your dog in side the park. If your handicap and/ or don't have a car you are up a creek. Also can't wash your car in your own driveway, and can't work on your car. Highly investigate before you move in. Pool is...
