THANK GOD THIS PLACE HAS MICROWAVES!!! The best part of this hotel is that they have microwaves! The only thing that bothered me is that they only have ONE elevator!!! Me and my husband had to use the emergency staircase just to walk out for a simple cigarette. This place seriously needs more elevators!!! NO JOKE. If you want to go out for a smoke break, you literally have to walk across the ENTIRE hotel just to get an elevator. We found it better and much easier to use the emergency staircase. This place only has 1 elevator so be prepared to walk a lot. The room was comfy but no bathtub. We stayed on the 3d floor and it's always noisy in the morning. There's no insulation between the walls and doors. Great kitchen, nice television, dishwasher and once again... The only great thing about this place was the MICROWAVE!!! 👍 I will return but hope they install another elevator for goodness sakes! 1 elevator for such a large hotel is beyond terrible. Would not recommend it to elderly people. There's a ton of walking to do. I highly suggest someone telling management that they seriously need at least one more elevator. That's my only complaint really, there's only ONE damn elevator in this hotel! And it's in the center of the building! Use the stairs, it's quicker to get out of the building and onto the first floor. Rooms are beautiful though. Housekeeping is REALLY nice. A bit too noisy in the morning though because of no insulation in the walls.

New doesn’t always mean better. Yes, it’s new and “looks nice” but lot of weird issues. Deadbolt didn’t work on my door, a big gap from tile to carpet easy to trip over, water temp never got very warm, thermostat had a mind of its own, many doors slammed super loud. The breakfast was kinda gross with a weird set up that confused everyone. Room was not as clean as I expected. The beds were comfortable and having a full fridge helped. But it is simply not better or worth the extra price over most hotels in the area.

I stayed at this home2suites for a total of three nights from Friday to Monday. It is a new hotel and it's located a new development area. There's not much around. It is conveniently located off the freeway though. They have nice lounge chairs outside and gas fire pits. It's a nice cozy spot. Once I went inside the hotel, I was greeted by a worker, and I was able to check in.|| I went up to my room and it looked better than in the pictures. The room has a refrigerator microwave dishwasher and other goodies. I really liked that the TV has apps, including Netflix and a connection if you want to put your own HDMI cable. They have two desk areas inside the room as well, which is pretty convenient. The king bed was super comfy and my room also included a couch that had a pull out sofa bed. They have a pool outside and two grills if you want to get your grill along one of the grill is out of order though. ||Saturday morning I left pretty early around 7am. Before leaving, I got a quick breakfast in buffet area. The items that I seen included waffles bread biscuits, bagels. As far as a protein, they only had a chorizo sausage other things that I seen was oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, egg, and cheese omelette, and cereal. I returned back to my room around 11 PM and I noticed they did not come and clean the room. I stay at Hilton's regularly and notice anytime. I'm staying more than a few nights. They come and clean the room, but they didn't here. The following morning on Sunday around 10 o'clock the housekeeping person knocked on the door a few times I told her to come back in an hour as I will be out of the room by then. Not even three minutes later the same person who I had just told to come in an hour knocked on my door again I told them the same thing to come after an hour.|| Another thing to not is the room door is really thin by that I mean, I can hear all the noise that goes on in the hallway anytime somebody is walking by the sound comes in my room.||It is Monday morning and almost time for checkout which is at 12:00. It is 1130 I'm finishing a last minute work assignment on my laptop and housekeeping is knocking on the door. I said still in here. 15 minutes later I get another knock. I say the same thing. I left the room at 1158am. As I'm leaving the room, a male housekeeping employee says checking out? I replied with " yeah " he goes into the room while I'm turning the corner into the elevator and I heard him say curse words in Spanish. He probably thought I didn't speak Spanish...

My son and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location was great for our needs - very close to the venue that was hosting his tournament.

Start with the good - brand new, great room layout- really well designed, lots of outlets, ample parking and like the Hilton app for check in and room selection.

Now to the not so great - you can hear everything in your room - no noise suppression at all. Even when other guests were being considerate and doing their best to open and close the door quietly you could hear it. Not a total deal breaker but definitely worth mentioning if you are a light sleeper.

Now to the disappointments. We asked for additional towels at the front desk on our second day. We asked for more washcloths and bath towels. We were told the request would be shared with house keeping and delivered shortly. After 30 mins we call the front desk and we're told they are coming. 15 mins later we go back to the front desk and wait for housekeeping to bring them to the front desk. We are handed 3 bath towels. When we asked about washcloths we were told they were out and weren't sure when they would have some. I asked if some could be delivered when available. We didn't see a fresh washcloth the rest of our stay even after our room was serviced.

The most frustrating part was we requested late check out when we checked in. We were told to check back "later". We made 3 more trips to inquire and we're told they would know more "later" but no one could say when later was... Morning of check out were told it was an additional hefty fee for 3 hrs. I said that I only needed an extra 90 mins and not 3 hrs extra. I asked if as Gold status member if that had any impact. The front desk agent told me "no, no real difference between you and everyone else". The amount of time requested had no impact to the cost. Status and loyalty offered nothing.

Life lesson, stay at Marriott. They understand that sometimes you need a little extra time and will give you accurate information anytime during your stay and don't play games.

While the condition and design of the property had a lot going for it (minus the noise) the lack luster vibe from staff will likely have us seeking other accommodations next time we are...
