Overall, our stay here was comfortable. It is a very clean La Quinta compared to others I have stayed at. It is dog friendly for a low price of $25 a night, which is a big plus too. Staff was very friendly. I did have a few concerns though: 1. My room didn’t have any soap/conditioner/shampoo etc stocked in it. I was able to get these at the front desk, but they should have been there to begin with. This happened at the last La Quinta I stayed at too, so not sure if it’s just a new policy? 2. You can definitely hear hallway noises/doors shutting etc from inside your room. We even had a white noise machine with us and we’re still woken up from hallway traffic. 3. Beautiful/warmer temp pool, but no hot tub. 4. A homeless person was razzing my husband outside when he took our dog out for a bathroom break. 15 minutes later we took our family down for breakfast and that man was sitting and eating breakfast in the common area, where he shortly afterwards left out a side door. It just makes me a little concerned about the security of the place. Breakfast was average. Batter dispenser for the waffles was broken so no waffles for the kids this morning.

We walked into the hotel and the person at the front desk greeted us very nicely. We asked how much it would be for the night. He told us the price, and when he noticed that we were going to get on one of the sites that has lower rates, he automatically lowered the rate for us. We came up to our room and received a phone call from the front desk telling us that we left our headlights on. We thought that was very nice of him. It is a very clean hotel and has a nice pool. The showers are wonderful with a very high pressure setting. The bathroom mirror is even treated so that it doesn’t fog! There are plenty of outlets for charging all your devices. The TV has all the apps you would want for streaming. There is also a good little snack area if you want any snacks. Make sure you go down for their amazing breakfast! This hotel is in a very safe neighborhood, with plenty of shopping and things to do within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed on rooms 201 and 205. Positives Clean rooms Pool Parking Free breakfast Negatives Pool closes at 9 am sharp! People in 203 smoked weed and cigarettes in their room til 3/4 AM. Not sure if our calls put it to a stop or they passed out. But it was two days Room 201 the air conditioning didn’t work. Brandon came and looked at it but wasn’t working. Manny gave me a discount because of 205 and the air. As we were leaving the front desk people went to 205 and let them know they will be charged for smoking weed in the room.

I would leave negative stars if I could. Worst management of a hotel and the owners were so rude and disrespectful. We had a very large group rent out almost all 4 floors for a private party, We had a contract with the hotel and they chose not to honor that contract during the middle of the party. I drove 3 hours for this party and at 10:30 they decided to tell us we had to clean up, take everything down and be in our rooms at midnight like we were all children. This was a group of adults only, no children. I was harassed by not only the security guard but one of the owners and told if I stuck my head out of my room again I would be kicked out. I tried to walk to friends rooms just down the hall and they pursued me back to my room making threats of kicking me out. I was held hostage in a room I PAID for and treated terribly. We weren't even allowed to go get ice, go out to our car or go get food (since they made us tear down the entire buffet we set up and we couldn't go to anyone's room to get food). I have never in my life been treated this way and told I couldn't walk out of my room let alone even open the door. There was no one making complaints as the entire hotel was our group. The most unprofessional and rude management/owners of a hotel I've ever been to. I want my money back and I will NEVER stay here again. I hope the event coordinator sues them for breach of contract. Also, as soon as everyone in our group started posting reviews, the owners got family and friends to get online and leave fake 5 star reviews. Half of them don't even have details and you can tell it's people they know. None of those people were there this...

Highway has construction going on so getting out and going to the hotel from the main highway is terrible, not many food places directly near by but in a short travel there are many many options, pretty good location to be honest for close by food and beverages. Room was awesome, bed was decent and I never had issues with hot water (many complaints in reviews). Carpet was fraying like people had said but it's a hotel why do you care about the carpet, internet was not slow as some said, it ranged from 10 to 20mbs, decently fast for most places I've stayed recently and the ping rate for gaming for amazing. Yes I brought my Xbox with, no issues with online game play and having the newest TV's on hand made it even better. This hotel is rocking nano cell tvs so the picture is immaculate. No issues with restocking of towels and or supplies. Would highly highly recommend if you're anywhere close to the area to stay, pricing is ridiculously low compared to the hiltons and others that are outdated and run down. Breakfast was basic, yes the sausage did look pretty wraggy when I checked day 1, my advice to the hotel would be put more effort into the breakfast food aide of things. They did have one of those fancy coffee make things that does 10 different cups of thing. Espresso, lattes, you name it. Staff was really nice, after they had cleaned my room after day 1 they had noticed I was using the desk as I was there for work for the week and they brought in a work chair for me instead of the bench seat so they do pay attention to your needs, very thankful for the...
