Treehouse Condominiums Building H — Hotel in Silverthorne

They make the photos of this place look way bigger and nicer than they really are ...they charge a 180$ cleaning fee, I couldn't tell because the place was nasty, it was so dirty I dont think they even cleaned , just another way to get into your wallet . you wanna get ripped off? Then you came to the right place. They put a boot on our vehicle and in Colorado I guess that's their legal way of ripping off paying customers because once they put that boot on your tire they know you dont want ruin the vacation you're on so they make it where you have to pay the fine to get the boot off ....I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Everything else about this area is amazing, not this place, treehouse, the veiw is jaw dropping.... and they know it so bring the fat wallet because whatever negativity you encounter the veiw and this part of Colorado is worth at least a stop n go visit .... Again ...the treehouse condominiums building H, in Silverthorne, Colorado, will go out of their way to see to it you spend more than you expected. I will go as far as to say they are committing fraud and taking advantage of people they know are on vacation. This place is junk! I'd rather sleep under a bridge than go back to the Treehouse...

Registered our 2 cars while staying here and they put a boot on our car anyway within 12 hours of being here. Confirmed we had registered the car and the company refused to take the boot off until we paid him in cash (wouldn’t accept card). When we told him we wanted to pay by card, he literally tried to drive through us to leave without saying anything. Colorado Booting Company is a horrible company and I won’t be staying at Treehouse again if this is how they treat their guest who follow their parking...

The unit was clean, nice view and well stocked. No recycling though, everything goes to the trash. I saved all my recycling in two bags and the cleaning crew was supposed to take care of it. There was a barking dog in a near by unit. The entrance of the unit was dirty during our...
