Do not recommend it. 40 years old buildings with a lot of issues. Thin walls, water gets shut off frequently, no washer and drier in unit, noisy vacationists. If you rent on a 3rd floor it’s very hard to move in your furniture, narrow stairs, no elevator. Management company does not care if water is shut off for days. (Picture attached of the water residue in tub, toxic.) Underground leak not repaired promptly. Subjacent streets not cleaned during winter. Not a place for a family to live. I will add pictures later.
Update: I thought the new management company was going to be better but really it’s not looking so. I have the misfortune of renting a condo between two airbnbs here at Treehouse.. Some visitors are good, decent people but others show no respect for the residents. Loud noises late at night and the last visitors even decided to leave their trash by the stairs, didn’t take it to the dumpster. The owner probably doesn’t even know about it, and the trash has not been removed already for a week.
Not only that, as it is to be expected from very old buildings, there was an underground water leak that left our building with no water for 5 days. It was turned on 2 hours in the morning and two hours at night. The road to access the buildings it’s not cleaned properly during winter. This place is a gueto a dump. Do not rent or buy here if you care for...
Read moreBuilding is in severe disrepair. Paint peeling, boards falling off of building. Low ceilings, tiny shower, showerhead kept falling off, neighbors had barking dogs living on their deck. Two bathrooms but only one shower. No air conditioning. Dogs being walked in common areas between buildings continually barked and fought. Unlike rental info online, it's a long way from town or slopes. Bait and switch. Rental company were jerks. Their app was terrible. It looked like they just added a new icon for every random idea they never had and it was missing most relevant information. No laundry facilities in the condo or hot tub as advertised. We never were able to find the communal laundry facilities, hot tub, or pool. The rental people just would say "it's in the app" but the embedded google map wouldn't load. I would never rent from Rocky Mountain Resort Management (RMRM)...
Read moreI lived in Treehouse for 3 months. Units are subpar. Buildings are built cheaply and sound travels too well. People walking or vacuuming around you is very loud, you can almost hear conversations in hallways and other units. Amenities like hot tub and laundry room and dirty and frequented by groups of young college kids. Most people here are vacationers, and act accordingly. HOA came into my unit unannounced twice during my stay, letting themselves in when I was in the shower. My specific unit had stained smelly furniture, unwashed sheets, and uncleaned spills on carpet/flooring, yet charged $3000/month as if its premium accommodations. Wouldn’t recommend this...
