Timber Ridge Condominiums — Local services in Silverthorne

Nestled in the foothills overlooking Silverthorne, the condominuiums are about 3 miles off the main highway. Staying here for a ski holiday during Christmas and find the place is adequate for our family of five. The condo is a 2 bedroom/2bath, cozy place that needs updating except the kitchen which has been done. The place was clean and neatly furnished. One TV with cable. I give it a 3 as we had issues with the gas fireplace, the tv and finding the clubhouse, The management company for our rental was based out of Oregon and took time to fix our problems. The clubhouse is closed due to Covid and laundry is open. Access to the clubhouse is difficult due unshoveled sidewalks and broken street lights. In the end, we enjoyed a nice place to relax after skiing, fix dinner and sleep each night. We did enjoy a beautiful view each day. In the end, this place can meet your family needs but know some expected essentials like the fireplace took time to get resolved.

We traded our timeshare for this apartment. It is condominium with the club house. Club house has a lot to offer, such as nice swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, pool table, ping pong, etc. Also, coin operated laundromat. Our apartment (one bedroom) was cozy, but small. It is perfect for two people. There is no made service. Plenty towels, comfortable bed, and full kitchen (tiny). Keep in mind that this condominium is at over 9,000 ft elevation. It takes time to get adjusted to elevation. It is conveniently located, if you would like to explore places around. Everything is within 1.5-2.5 hr drive: Hanging Lake, Maroon Bells, Red Rock Amphitheater, and other places. Multiple ski resorts are within 30 min drive. Apartment is at the base of the Buffalo Mountain. It was nice to take a brake from driving around and hike right from the apartment. We have done food shopping in the Whole Food store in Frisco. Beautiful weather & beautiful land. GREAT view from our room. Great family bonds made. Serene I loved the friendly chipmunks that will eat peanuts right out of your hand. Love being that close with God Creatures. This was my first time visiting Co. I would have to say, this location and air is breathtaking and the prettiest. The people here are very friendly.
