Sunset Inn — Hotel in Spartanburg

I paid for 250$ for 4 nights and they made me leave after the first night because someone else need a room, when I asked for my money back the old Indian guy told me to take him to court if I want it back, also when I mentioned the bedbugs he said that I was lying and refused to look at the room, do not stay here under any circumstance bc they will kick out whenever they want and you cannot do anything about it bc they have a sign that says no refunds. Please take my word. Roaches palmetto bugs mice, it's just not worth it. I would give it 0 stars if I could the Indians are the worst people...

It started with the man at the front desk demanding cash, no credit card (keep it off the books). He wanted 60 cash or 98 for credit card per night. Get to the room, it's missing pillows, blanket, towels . Found a used needle in the bathroom sink. As I go to open the door to leave, I'm greeted by a roach on the wall. Went to ask for another room and the Indian fellow and his wife unleash all sorts of profanities. Needless to say, I am disputing the charge with the credit card. Do yourself the favor, go...

I rented a a room for two days with a girlfriend about 5 hours into my stay i was told that I could not have company or I would be kicked out.. the person who I rented the room with had a guest come by we were kicked out and not refunded for the next day I am unaware of the law that says you cannot have a guest once you rent a room not only were they rude but there was no door on the bathroom no towels to take a shower I would recommend if you want to have a nice quiet stay and have company that you do not stay...
