I just bought the 4th new mattress purchased from Box Drop North Spokane. First, my nephew bought a mattress from Box Drop North before his deployment, he told me to give Jon a call before I bought anywhere else. I figured I'd take his advice and gave Jon the first shot. Boy am I glad I did!
Jon met me at his Warehouse filled with all kinds of furniture including top name brand mattresses & adjustable base beds. He help me find exactly what I needed. It was the perfect size comfort level and price for what I was looking for. A good guest room matters for a room that i slept in from time to time while visiting my parents. The price was exactly right and the mattress is exceptionally comfortable. It was the perfect match. For us - a home run
Next, I wanted to buy something higher quality with a few more featuresfor my Mother that she found comfortable and fit her queen size bed frame. I called Jon again and he said "bring your mother down and I'll take great care of her, because it will be best for her to test fit the right one". We found the exact mattress she needed, quality we wanted, and the comfort she was looking for. for about 30% less than I'd intended to spend. Home run # 2.
Number 3, I wanted a new mattress for me, so I wanted something very high quality and very comfortable, but still with the specific budget in mind. I called good old Jon at Box Drop. He met me at his store.
He let me take as long as I wanted (explaining features but never "selling me" anything) until I found the one that I felt was the perfect fit.
I was shopping by price to fit a budget (against Jon's promptings) I got cheap on myself and didn't get a new box spring- (dumb decision it was a big mistake}. The mattress is a home run. But I cheaped out over a couple of bucks. I had given myself awful headaches.
On mattress number four, I was in the hospital because I'd given myself a severe migraine. I called Jon, FROM The Hospital Room, and told him I couldn't sleep on that set up anymore, without a new box spring. It was after 3 days in the hospital with the same headache, when I called Box Drop . I said I would spend "whatever it took to get the right box spring and mattress for me to no longer have headaches. If it was $3,000 enen, $4000 I was going to spend "whatever it took", My health and well-being now depended on it.
Jon said "you call me as soon as you get home and I will be out there as quickly as possible and I'll get you a new box spring.
True to his word, the night that I was released from the hospital I called and he showed up at my door step, asked me which room and then told me to "sit down on the couch and relax, I brought exactly what you need" - I placed 100% confidence in Jon I sat down on the couch.
15 minutes later he came out and said "come try this setup". He had delivered me a brand new box spring, and a brand new mattress. I found out- that he had brought me the exact perfect one, He had been paying attention to me.
He nailed it perfectly. It was the right 0ne, the perfect setup for me. Perfect size, perfect firmness, perfect comfort level, this bed is "Goldilocks" perfect for me. It fits just right.
And the best part? I literally laughed out loud when he told me the price. It was way way less than even half of what I anticipated spending. I would have paid double that amount and still thought I got a great deal. I was gobsmacked.
This is now my permanent furniture store. If I'm looking for any furniture items I'm going to call Jon and his staff at BOX Drop Spokane North. Period. . betting ONLY it'll be the only call I have to make.
I'm such a happy customer that I'm telling everybody I know, that Box Drop Spokane Northside is the BEST place I've ever shopped for my mattresses, or any furniture for that matter.

Alright, the important stuffā¦.we purchased a couch and ottoman recently. The couch and the ottoman were two different prices and the combo was a higher price. When we went to pay for both items, we were surprised we were being charged for the amount for just the couch. My wife and I mentioned the higher price for both items (several times) and were told the price we were paying was the lower amount. After all, one of the owners was the one helping us, so after she said the price we were paying was the lower one, I didnāt question it. When I thinking Iām getting ātoo goodā a deal, I get skiddish and clarify over and over to make certain Iām not missing anything. The receipt showed we purchased the couch and ottoman for the price of only the couch so we thought it we scored a great deal. I signed a credit card receipt and invoice slip, and got a copy of the invoice. I was looking at a chair and ottoman combo to go along with the couch and I was quite certain I was going to get that chair with some of the money we saved on the couch. I was surprised to get a phone call a short time later informing me that we only bought the couch and would have to pay more for the ottoman. The receipt showed we purchased both items for the price of the couch. The receipt also stated āall sales are final.ā I thought about it for a while and decided not to challenge the cost and agreed to pay the additional $400 (plus tax) for the ottoman. Boxdrop is locally owned and operated and I support local businesses. I understand they have to make money, but mistakes, even honest ones, can bite businesses in the butt all day long. Needless to say, my wife and I are pleased with the couch, but we are not pleased with surprises; especially after we did the right thing and tried to pay the higher price. Walking in we were met with smiles and great customer service as we were directed to the mini sectionals that we were imquiring about. We were left to browse at our leisure, without feeling rushed into making a decision right a way. (Even though we had made up our minds before we got there.) They're very flexible with their payment options, and very patient while you learn about and take advantage of them. Mike was outstanding in helping us through a flex pay option and even loaded my truck up himself. They also had our couch brand new in box, not just selling floor models. Which was a big plus. We got it home and set it up without much hassle, and have been in love with it ever since! We enjoyed it over the weekend before writing this review to give it a fair shake. 10/10 would buy again.
