I have NEVER had an issue with this restaurant to this degree. My wife wanted subway, I placed the order for her online, she went to grab it from the Nevada Subway.
She was told the order isn't showing up on the system, which would be fine.. if they didn't already take the money out. So, my wife wanted to figure out what was going on, the lady went to her manager to try to get proper help.
Nearly an hour later, the manager was busy with other orders, online orders included, my wife was already a little irritated and inquired "Well, what about our sandwiches?" To which the manager replied "I am not making you sandwiches" which at this point my wife pointed out we are already DOWN $40 because it had taken out.
She got told "I don't care, its not my issue to deal with the online orders take it up with HR, I am not making you sandwiches." My wife said he was loud about it and from there she admitted she got loud with him, he got loud with her.
I don't know who the manager of this subway is, I have contacted HR and I WILL find out what happened to our order.
Normally mistakes happen, it's a good idea to figure out what had happened not shift it off to the PAYING customer. It's on YOU as the manager to figure out WHY...

Read moreTerrible. No one knew what they were doing and were moving at snail speed. Had no sense of urgency I had to repeat my order 4 times because they kept forgetting. They Began wrapping our sandwiches before we were even done adding things to them. And then started literally doodling on our paper so we knew which is which. It was the longest half an hour of my life not to mention no one was even in front of us in line!!!!!
