Brista was very rude to me as I was trying to describe a drink to her. I asked her to please stop being rude, and explained that I was recommended this beverage. I took a sip of the 12 oz hazelnut latte and it was semi warm (chuggable, not hot). My mother likes her drinks hot so I asked the barista if she could make it hotter.
