My family and I stayed at H2S-North this past Saturday (3/1/2025) with check-out Sunday (3/2/2025), my daughter was having a girls sleepover. We were awaken Sunday morning around 6:30am with running in the room above us. I'm in a room with my mom, 14yr old son, 11mth old baby and 3yr old toddler. I called the front desk to ask them if they could ask the guests above us to keep it down. GERMIA at the front desk tells me that they are cheerleaders and they are getting prepared to check out. Mind you check out isn't until 11am. I told GERMIA that they cannot be cheerleaders and that we are hearing what literally sounds like a stampede above us. He asks me, "what do you want me to do go ask them to leave?" I said, " are you serious?, I'll be downstairs shortly". My son and I go down to the desk and when I see him, I said " are you the one I was talking to on the phone?" He says yes and we stand there about 10 min literally he's ARGUING about this. I said, "you know what it's crazy that this had to escalate to this, when all I wanted was for you to ask them to keep it down". "As an employee you are here to serve the guests" and his response was, "I don't work for you". This is INSANE treatment over something so minor, but that's not even the worst part. I reach out to management, via email, that Sunday morning when I returned to my room, around 6:50am. I was able to get some help from Kahari and another young lady who works in the kitchen. I email the ops manager and GM and neither of them respond. I called back on Monday and Tuesday to speak with them and Kahari happened to answer the phone and tell me that Crystal Reed was busy both times. I had to run to Fayetteville a seperate day, I live locally, so I stopped by the hotel to try and resolve this. Crystal and Adam were both behind the glass that's behind the front desk and Kahari went to tell them I wanted to speak with them. Adam left and went to do something and Crystal came out. She informed me that she saw the complaint I had made about my experience and she CLOSED IT OUT because my husband is the Hilton Honors member and not me. I said, "well my husband was not here this weekend and that he doesn't know what happened, except what I told him". She refused to speak with me and asked me to send another email, which she clearly hasn't responded to in the first place. CRYSTAL also said to call the hotel and make an appointment to come and meet with her but my husband had to be present. I leave and go home. My husband and I call to speak to Crystal, from my phone, and a girl at the desk asked for my name and told me to hold on, while she put me on hold. She returns to the phone and says, "Crystal is not in the building". So I asked her why she would ask my name, put me on hold, then come back and say Crystal wasn't in the building? I said, "why didn't you lead with Crystal is not hear?" I know she was lying and that CRYSTAL REED is now avoiding me. I ask for her name and she said, it's DIAMOND, but at this point I don't even know. She sends me to Crystal's voicemail and I leave another voice message. Right after that I call the hotel 3 times, still with my husband present and the front desk girl picks up the phone and hangs up each time. Now my husband calls from his phone and informs this girl that we are sitting together and that she has hung up on me 3 times. He asks her does the hotel have caller ID and she pauses, then says NO. At this point now I am forced to pursue someone higher than these managers over something that should have literally NEVER GONE THIS FAR. At this point the staff are a direct reflection of the poor management at this location. My husband has been a Hilton Diamond Member for at least 7yrs and we used to travel often for his work. I have NEVER been disrespected or disregarded because I don't own the account. IF SOMEONE MISTREATS YOU, NEVER FEEL BAD FOR SAYING...

We stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Fayetteville North (6309 Ramsey St) on a last-minute detour during our road trip home from Florida—and what a pleasant surprise it was! With restless kids in the car and dinner time approaching, I booked this place based on price and location, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our journey.
The hotel is tucked back from the main road, offering a quiet, safe space where I felt totally at ease letting my kids run ahead toward the lobby. Nearby drive-thru dinner options made it easy to feed the family without more stress.
Even with a last-minute booking hiccup, the two young ladies at the front desk were calm, professional, and incredibly helpful. We were checked in within 10 minutes. While we waited, we enjoyed the beautiful outdoor lounge—clean furniture, a cozy fireplace, and even space for my son to drive his remote-control car around without disturbing anyone. I was genuinely impressed by how spotless everything was—even the outdoor seating had no dust or debris, which says a lot about how well this hotel is cared for.
Our room was spacious and thoughtfully equipped, with a full-sized fridge, sink, and dishwasher—perfect for road trippers like us who had coolers to unpack and travel mugs to clean. The beds were cozy, the pillows were fluffy, and the sheets smelled freshly laundered. Everything felt intentionally prepared for comfort.
The indoor pool area was another win: clean, well-lit, and organized in a way that allowed parents to relax while keeping an eye on their kids. And the cherry on top—plenty of fresh, warm towels right there in the pool area! That may sound like a small thing, but for a mom who forgot towels, it felt like the hotel knew we were coming.
One minor issue was that the shower soap dispenser was empty, but I was blown away by the quality of the brand they use—ZERO. It’s gentle and chemical-free, and even made my family’s hair softer than our own products at home! I’ll be buying it myself. My only small suggestion to management would be to consider filtered shower heads and check soap levels more frequently, especially with such a lovely product line.
Breakfast was warm and hearty: chicken & biscuits, a waffle station with fun toppings, fresh farm yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, and of course coffee and tea. Great variety and fresh choices for everyone in the family.
We truly felt cared for here, even as last-minute guests. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff made this a memorable and comforting stay. Would absolutely recommend this place—especially for families, road trippers, or pet parents (we saw many dogs, but the hotel didn’t smell like it at all!).
Thank you to the team at Home2 Suites Fayetteville North—you made what could’ve been a stressful stop into something...
Read moreI’ve stay at this facility before and my recent stay was by far the worst. I booked 2 rooms and called prior to see if they could be side by side. The gentleman I spoke with told me he would notate. When I arrived the day of checkin the girl behind the counter said that my rooms weren’t available yet, mind you it’s after 3 b/c check-in isn’t till 3. So I stand and wait as she dibbles and dabbles on her phone. Finally she begins to check me in and I stated to her that I would like rooms that are side by side. She stated she can’t give me connecting rooms but the rooms will be side by side. She lied, the rooms were on 2 separate side of the hall instead of side by side. She then gives me the keys with sticky notes attached to them and not the envelopes they usually come in. That same girl gave my daughter a dirty and damp towel when she went to get some extra. She gave her the excuse it’s damp because it just came out the dryer. I went back downstairs and showed her the dirty towel. She looked at me crazy and said oh it just needs to be washed again. I told her I want new towels she brings them and gives me the same excuse about why they were a little damp, they just came out the dryer. Ridiculous. One of the elevators stopped working. The people above us were super loud. The breakfast wasn’t all available when we went downstairs but that same guy was the only one managing everything he was helping through. The air in my kids room went out over night. It was cooler in the hallway than in their room. The thermostat was set to 65 but as you can see from the photo it wasn’t 64 in the room. When I spoke to the guy at the desk he was talking about moving room but we were only there for that 1 night. I asked him about a refund upon leaving but he said I had to go through Expedia. They then had to call the facility and it has been a headache ever since b/c the manager Crystal is never there. I sent an email and still no response. So I’m fighting to get a refund and the...
