Hardee’s — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Worst experience ever. This was last straw I see why they are not getting business. Went here because I was short on lunch time and there was no line in waiting. Order a #2 combo. I would think my food would be hot and fresh, quite the opposite. My fries were ice cold as though they have been sitting al morning. My burger was half done and cold as if it were just sitting. I even order apple turn over and it was not even warm. Just horrible horrible horrible. Wasted my lunch and when I tried to call the store to bring to attention they wouldn't answer the phone. I call 6 different times the phone got pick up but noone said anything and would thing hang up. Store doesn't even deserve 1 star. I should have went across the street to McDonald's at least my fries would have been hot I won't ever come back here again. Close them all...

I haven't ate at a Hardee's in a few years I'm sure and honestly the only reason I stopped at this one was because "doody" called and it was urgent if you know what I mean. And I must say the location of this bathroom was superb and the cleanliness was just immaculate I can think of no better place for one to go number two.. after completion of using the facilities it would have been easy to make an an awkward exit as it was right by the door but the aroma of fresh brewed coffee and and the sound of sizzling meat and little old people talking and laughing I decided to get a bite so I ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich combo and I must say best breakfast I've had in awhile hands down. Went this morning (11/27/2018). Ordered the Sausage Egg biscuit combo (small) with a sweet tea ($4.99 on the menu). Nothing special. Showed my military ID for the 10% discount. The cashier reads off the total as $5.93.?.?.? She looked at me like I was wrong! I gave her $6.00, got my change, and left the drive thru, I was already running a little behind for work, I didn't have time to dispute it. I read the receipt when I got to work (about a mile from this store's location) I was charged $5.49, $.44 tax. No military discount. Your menu board in the drive thru has this combo marked at $4.99, the hash browns were cold, I was given UNSWEET tea. So essentially I paid $6.00 for a breakfast sandwich.
