I did a mobile order waited 20 minutes for me to leave the house. My text showed my order was ready. I arrived and my order wasn’t ready. I sent my daughter in to grab the food, the workers ignored her. There was an older man waiting in front of her they totally ignored him. He said he had been waiting for 10 min just to place an order. The drive through worker walked to the front to the soda machine my daughter asked her about the order she looked at her and said she don’t know and rolled her eyes. The manager came up front and didn’t say anything to either the older man or my daughter. So as I set in my car by the front door and see what’s going on I go inside. Told my daughter to go back to the car I’ll take care of it. And the older man walks out upset and says this is ridiculous. So as I stand in line the workers see me walk inside and say nothing to me. So after me standing there for approximately 5 mins the drive through lady comes to the front again and I ask her where do I pick up my order she says ‘what’ with a snooty attitude and rolling the eyes. And walks off. So she gets beside the manager and tells her I’m looking for my order she thinks and she walks off from the manager. The manger don’t come over to me for a few minutes and when she did she was only going to the soda machine. So I said excuse me how do I pick up my order my txt shows it’s ready. She said what do you have and she looked at the receipt on the phone and she started taking the orders of the other customers that just walked in a few minutes prior. So she got done with their order and she went and started making mine. But never told me what the hold up was or what was going on with my order. Finally after all that and she makes my order I finally get it. I get home with my food and it wasn’t worth all that wait or the rudeness. It was luke warm biscuits had hard spots to them. The Mac and cheese was dry.
I can understand somewhat if they were busy and they were understaffed but that wasn’t the case. This was on a Wednesday around 6:30pm.

Read moreOn Friday Jan 24 2025 at 10pm we had a curbside pickup at Bojangles store# 2039. My son went to pick up the order for me and checked in around 9:50pm when our food was suppose to be ready... no one brought the order out so he calls me asking what to do.... i have him check in again through the curbside check in app and still no one cames out so I tell him to go inside or through the drive-thru, we'll he trys to go inside and the guy locked the door by now it's already 10:05pm the guy inside says the dining room is closed and asked my son if he was there for a pickup and my son tell him yes so he lets him come inside to wait. As my son is waiting the guy tells him they ran out of beans and cheese for the rice bowl and he could throw in some square American cheese so my son agrees cause at the point he's frustrated cause our order wasnt ready and he has already been waiting 20min now.... so the guy turns around to another employee and say hey get the white fool some cheese.. thats pretty racist thing to say to a 16 year old kid.... now my son's embarrassed and ready to leave at this point.... my son is only 16 and you have a grown man calling my son a white fool? Hell nah!! My son didnt get the guys name cause at this point hes embarrassed and was ready to leave but im sure if this store has cameras you can see who my son had to deal with at that time of night. So my son finally gets home, our orders are all jacked up... missing straws, sauce and of course my rice bowl is all messed up.... I've called corporate, I've filled out a survey and emailed and still waiting on a response...
Read moreThe drive through person should probably let you finish your order before asking “ anything else ” Repeatedly, Especially when I initially asked them to give me a moment to get my order together. My order was not complicated at all. Unless I guess when you ask for extra honey mustard while ordering! Yes I understand there is an additional price for that. Not to mention when I was asked what I would like to drink, I ordered a Mt.dew.They would reply with we don’t have any sodas with a very nasty attitude and list off what they do have in manor of disrespect. I made a comment “ maybe you should lose the attitude “ I pulled to the next window to receive my order the employee was very short, handed me my order and shut the window. I checked the order and realized I didn’t receive my extra honey mustard which I ordered previously. ( They may not have heard given they kept interrupting while I was ordering) Still sitting and waiting they come back and ask in a very disrespectful manner “ is there anything else you need ? “ I said yes the extra honey mustard I ordered. They would reply that’ll be an extra .42 cents. At this point I’m very annoyed with the attitude and blatant disregard of customer service and say FFFF YOU AND LEAVE!!! Called back to this location to make a complaint and the “ supposed manager “ answered and was the one supposedly working the drive through area.
