Safe Landing Motel — Hotel in Stoddard

Showed up after being on the road for two days and needed a good night sleep. Rang the bell at the office and Matt, the owner, hooked me up with a room and a current fishing report from the local backwater of the Mississippi River. What more could I ask for? Despite being tired I grabbed my rod and hit the water at the town park a mile away and was immediately into fish. After an hour of fishing I was ready for bed. Perfect location along the river only a short distance south of the bustle of La Crosse. Nothing fancy about the place but the rooms are CLEAN and the price is right. Also, room for boat parking and there’s a fish and game cleaning station provided as well. Can’t go wrong here!...

Just moved into the area, and I couldn’t find a hotel that would allow me to keep my pets as well as park my large moving truck. Not only did the owner allow this, but did so at a rate that is more than competitive. The rooms were nice and comfortable and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks to safe landing motel, my family was able to have a few nights of good rest while we waited for our home to close. Safe Landing is the perfect option for those not wanting to break the bank but want a clean and safe place to stay. If you are a fisherman or duck hunter, this is a great place. Super close to Stoddard boat ramp and owner is very accommodating with boat parking and plenty of power outlets to charge your rigs.
