This hotel not only houses its guests but also has bed bugs. Both beds were crawling with them. Fortunately, we noticed it quickly and informed the receptionist. He was relatively unfazed and gave us the keys to a new room. There was no apology or anything Like that. When we asked if this was normal here, he asked what else we wanted, since we had been given a new room. We'll have to discuss anything else with the manager. She told us she can't compensate us. We have to contact booking.com. Booking.com, in turn, tells us that the hotel itself is responsible for this. It's best to avoid the hotel, especially room 209. The breakfast is also nothing special, typically American, unhealthy, and nothing fresh—if you like that.

I booked my stay around 6 p.m. and was able to get a room for two at a great price. The lobby was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and family-oriented. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth. I stayed in Room 211, which turned out to be perfect, quiet and comfortable. They do have a guest laundry area, just remember to bring quarters ($1 each for washer and dryer). Breakfast runs from 6 to 10 a.m. and includes a nice variety of options—oatmeal, muffins, oranges, and make-your-own waffles. Overall, I had a restful night and a great stay.

The hot tub was out of order, but the staff didn't let me know. I found out when I saw a sign on the door to the pool area AFTER I checked in. The TV also didn't work, with staff citing a problem with signal that would be corrected the next day. Springs in the mattress were poking me when I laid down, so it was hard to find a good spot to get comfy. Everything was clean, though.

The stay was “okay” for the purpose it served of a room for my girls and I to stay in the night before our wedding for the location convenience but nothing more.

We had a “suite” but it was just a typical room with the bathroom in the middle rather than the entrance. The room had 2 TVs, but we had to share one remote. That was annoying but nothing huge. What got me was when we pulled out the bed from the couch, the sheets were dirty. Not just a little, they were stained and had a lot of what I will assume were crumbs. Called the front desk and were told we had to come down and get new sheets and change it ourselves. Not a hospitality response regardless of what hotel you stay in (maybe other than a motel 6 or something similar) and not worth the almost 300 we spent for the night.

We had several guests from out of the state in for our wedding and we suggested staying there, which quite a few did, although when we called to reserve a block months prior we were told “we’ve reserved all the blocks for the year.”. When it was under the previous ownership we never had a poor experience nor did our guests, but that wasn’t the case the time. We had 1 call 2 hours before checkin to see if he could do an early check in (even offered to pay a fee) because he had been up and traveling all day from NY and wanted to rest and freshen up before the rehearsal dinner. He had them on speaker phone and wasn’t told “no”, he was told “check in is at 3.” and then was hung up on.

I will (and will tell my guests to) skip the convenience factor going forward and...

The hotel was nice enough though our non-smoking room clearly had been smoked in at some point. The problem is the owners/managers have several children that run up and down the halls continuously. I asked the desk person/manager who was also their parent to please ask them to stop but it continued. I later found the children again running around and told them myself to please stop. It did for a short while but then I went to the lobby and realized this was only because they were now in the pool area playing and yelling so loudly I could hear them at the front desk. When they returned up stairs the running and stomping resumed. I later saw where other guests had complained about this same issue on Hotels.com. I like kids and understand that if you live on site with your children there may be occasional noise but this is disruptive and it’s clear their parents cannot be bothered to make them respect the people who are paying to stay here. I do not understand the positive reviews and genuinely think some may be fake. I will also be watching my bill as several reviewers said they were either charged or it was attempted to charge them twice. If it is even $100 more I would stay elsewhere. These owners clearly don’t respect their guests. Read reviews on Hotels.com before...

Kadie only tells Lies, lies, lies, lies, The room was great but the customer service was horrible! Lied to us over the phone about no fees for service dogs and what do you know they just kept taking whatever they wanted until my account was dry!! Liars and thieves run this business!! No veterans discount for a disabled veteran that served his country!! Everyone just stay away from here we paid online and they still charged us for our room cause they just kept taking whatever they wanted!! I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau! Thieves!! Thieves!!! Thieves!!! And LIARS!!!! Kids running around trashing the waffle area and ran into my wife and of course no parents caring in the world about their kids running up and down the hallways!! My dogs stayed by my side the entire stay and they want to charge for dogs to even be there. My dogs didn’t even bark at anyone and I picked up after them when they used the bathroom outside. The website doesn’t say $35+tax per night for service animals!! A Shitzu and a Yorkie that is trained to stay by my side. Not run up and down the hallways...
