Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Summerset

The pizza came to the door pretty quick. I checked it in front of the driver and was blown away because one half looked fine and the other half had hardly any cheese, sauce, or ingredients. My wife ordered bacon on her half and I had pepperoni on mine, but the pepperoni side was really badly prepared. The drive said, “that doesn’t look good. You could probably call the manager about that.” My instructions to the driver told him to check the order before he left and to call me. He never called me. I now assume he didn’t call because he thought I was going to ask him if he made sure it was right, which he didn’t. I didn’t ask them to fix it cause I don’t need any biological warfare sort of...

Order was not correct tried to call the local store I have the number for and kept getting a "call center" no one spoke English and no matter how I asked to be sent to the local store I just got passed around to 5 people then one time they picked up the phone and just had an excited convo. With gal from last transfer in another language no matter how I tried to get their attention they didn't care I asked for manager they laughed I tried for over an hour I don't live close to a pizza hut guess I'll have to waste more gas going into the store to get the situation fixed.. the situation was that I paid for a 3 topping large pizza inly got 1 topping. And my 2 mediums crust was all broken...

I tried placing my order online twice before calling. When I finally called, an employee informed me the website was down. I had to place my order over the phone and apparently that made the cost of two large pizzas (for delivery) go up nearly $20. I explained my frustration to the employee who just said I can try again later. I had already been attempting to place my order online for 40 minutes! He then asked if I wanted to add on the tip before the pizza is delvered so I added 25%. However, when my pizza arrived one of them had slid around in the vehicle and half of it was ontop of the other half. I'm incredibly frustrated with this experience and sadly will not be ordering...
