I usually rent a bounce house blower from Time rental because I have my own bounce house but they ended up selling all of their merchandise to this company called affordable inflatables when I called Friday the week before my son's party there was no answer I called again later on that day and still no answer, the next day called again same thing no answer did not leave a message I waited a couple days I called again no answer but this time i left a message the message that is played back to you says that "your call is very important leave your name your number location of the party and time and date and they will get back as soon as possible" I did that left a message finally 1 day later I got a call in the morning I asked my questions the lady wasn't sure if any of them, she said she would call me right back I didn't get a call back that day, the next morning as it gets closer to my son's party I call and she immediately knew it was me by the one question that I asked her and said they don't rent the blowers which is the only thing I needed then I proceeded to ask questions about the cost of what the bounce house would be she told me a price but she was unsure, very unprofessional. I asked if it was the price for sure or if it was an estimate and she said she wasn't sure that she's not even near a computer to check, my point is if you're going to answer the phone to a business you need to be in front of some sort of information guide to give the customers the answer to the questions she was rude so I hung up if this is the kind of customer service that they are in i don't see this company lasting very long. We have used this company for five years for our annual parish picnic with excellent service and a great price. So it was a no brainer to use them again. Big mistake. After filling out a request online for our picnic and getting a quote, we figured everything was set. Then when we didn't receive a confirmation the company was contacted and the quote was emailed to them as requested. Still nothing. Left several messages the week before our picnic and only one was returned. And they had the wrong address for the set up. In short, on the day of the picnic our reserved bouncy house never arrived.
