Mattress Firm Topsham — Hotel in Topsham

I walked in to the Topsham location store next door to Town Fair Tire, just looking to browse and get a feel for the vast styles, types, and options of mattresses on the market. I'm the type of person that likes to get a feel for any investment I make no matter what it is, however cheap or expensive it may be. Rin went through the "potential" sale process as he would do with any "customer". I felt so extremely comfortable with the knowledge he had and enthusiasm of great sleep expressed to my girlfriend and I that I bought a mattress not even on my potential list. Side story before I finish, my girlfriend didn't even want to let me try the pillow she was trying, as stated I had my own to try. I persisted to want it more. Rin said there is no reason to bicker about a pillow, "I'll do a buy one get one for the two of you to get the sleep you need and you'll forget all about the argument in the morning." Not only did I win the argument and got a great deal, I was able to get the pillow I tried through the process for the same deal. Hands down, one of the best large investment experiences I've been a part of! First choice recommended if your searching for quality sleep! Thank you Rin, if it wasn't for the "pillow talk" and jesture, I would have left...

Great customer service from beginning to end. Our salesperson reviewed a few bed options with me, asked what my husband and I wanted in a new bed, confirmed our budget and recommended one. He walked me through options including the base options, a mattress protector and delivery choices. When production experienced a delay (like every company during COVID) he reached out to let me know the new timing, but then followed up with a new bed option that would arrive sooner! Before delivery, our salesperson contacted me again to make sure the delivery window had been confirmed for us. The delivery gents did a great job removing the old bed and making sure the new bed was set up as I wanted. They answered questions, explained warranty information, wore masks and left the room as clean as they found it. Now that we've slept a few nights on the bed, I can't say enough good things! I am much smaller than my husband and a side sleeper, he's a stomach sleeper and we both feel comfortable. Most importantly, I don't feel every movement he makes! I have already mentioned to friends where we got our new bed and will happily make continued...

Update from my earlier five star review: yeah, none of this happened. I called the day the mattress was supposed to be delivered only to find out it’s not been picked up, and was given ZERO accommodation or even an apology. I canceled my order and went to Maine Mattress and Futon on Bath Road at Cook’s Corner. They’re great. And actually tell the truth.

I had a great shopping experience with the store in Topsham, ME… over the phone! I called from my home in PA because I needed a mattress quickly for my vacation home in ME before heading up there this week. The salesperson who helped me, Rin, went above and beyond. Though he was busy with a customer when I called initially, he took down my phone number and then called me back- after the store closed! He spent time with me over the phone (meaning he stayed at work, when most people would’ve just gone home and -maybe- call the next day) and got me a mattress the following day! I am very thankful and impressed with the level of service I received; it’s a shame this kind of customer service is such a rarity these days, so I’m glad to give this five-star...
