Dilly's Hatfield Resort & Gift Shop — Hotel in Town of Adams

First off, this is a late review.. I texted the owner and no response, so I’m going to put this out in a review.. we rented 3 cabins in august.. the cabins were so, so.. actually pretty dirty, and cobwebs everywhere.. I swept our floors daily, and spiders crawling about.. the towels were very disgusting, from stained to looking like rags.. see photo attached. The outside porch, well we had to clean every piece before we sat down.. and plus took a blower to all the cob webs on the porch.. it was filthy.. for the money we spent, the cabins were not worth the money they charged.. so renters beware, not a very clean place to stay, unless you like cobwebs and spiders everywhere.

I would like to post what I sent to the wrong individual.. it wasn’t about getting a refund, we wanted to simply let Dillion owner know what we thought.. so this is why we sent it to his mother first.. so no response, so finally did the review..

Hi Cheryl, I wanted to thank you first of all, for coming to our cabin to help us with our Tv.. it worked as should the rest of the time.. we as a family, we rented the bear, deer and moose cabins, would like to share what we thought about the actual cabins.. we don’t want to put it in a review, and have it on the site, but wanted to let you know what our thoughts were since I actually met you, and maybe you could share with your son Dillon the owner.. the actual cabins were great.. but we were pretty disappointed about the cobwebs, bugs and dust, found throughout the cabins. I swept my floors twice, and every time I swept, I was killing spiders. The front entrance, well they were pretty dirty.. cobwebs, and filth pretty much every where.. we didn’t think we should have to do a deep cleaning, just to use the table and chairs.. a short, swipe over would be expected for eating at, but not legs, arms, an actual blower to blow all the cobwebs from under each porch piece of furniture should be expected for guests to have to do.. these are just a few things, we would like for you to pass onto Dillon. Also, the bathroom towels and washcloths were not desired by any of us, as if you zoom the pictures, they appeared to us like rags.. possibly we are fussy people, but for the actual money we paid for each day, we thought we should have at least a clean place to enjoy.. and decent linens to use.. thanks for listening and we hope you pass this onto Dillon. If we were...

We have been to Hatfield many times before while riding the ATV trails and this year while planning our trip, we found that Dilly's rented cabins. We prefer cabins over hotels in the area so we booked our stay there. Check in and check out was so easy and convenient. Part of our party had to cut their trip short due to an unfortunate issue back home and the resort took good care of that situation for them. Very impressed. This is such a cute property. The cabins are newer and clean and the people there are so kind. On the downside, the bathroom and bedroom walls do not go to the ceiling so there isn't a lot of privacy and the shower water stinks too. We tried it again last summer but it still had the same smell as the year before. The kitchen also only has a small fridge. We always bring our griddle and cook on that. There are coffee...
