Mattress Firm Patchogue — Hotel in Town of Brookhaven

I woke up this morning following a restless night from tossing and turning. I took the sheets off of my bed to inspect what turned out to be none other than a sump in the middle of my mattress with spring coils emerging from the depths of that said sump. So I took to the computer, dipping and diving through various websites looking for reviewed mattresses that would suit my needs when I found mattress firm.. I decided to give a call as I find myself doing rather more than every so often.. Charlie picked up the old school land line and confirmed.. mattresses in stock. I showed up and he was quick and concise to direct me to the perfect mattress to better my nights sleep going forth. I look forward to the days to come. The little sleep I do gather from my nights will now be enjoyed on my new soft and cloud like mattress. Thank you Charlie, I guess I can join the club now and say that I can count sheep.. or at the very least begin to count sheep. Not necessarily sure how it’ll be though, I would like to think it’s peaceful.. counting those sheep. Anyways from this reviewer to the now reviewed.. zzzz (kidding) I did not fall asleep there....

Ben was great, not pushy, down to earth family man. The delivery guys were great, respectful and professional. The mattress is just OK, the adjustable frame just OK. The pillow and sheet set complete junk. The sheets are not cool and the pillow retains heat like any other pillow I’ve ever owned. Sure one side feels cool to the touch, but it’s very temporary. If I get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, I come back to a very warm pillow. The heat gets trapped in the foam. Not worth the hundreds of dollars it cost me. On the flip side, my wife does like pillow and sheet set but I am a warmer sleeper and does not work well for me. This queen size bed, adjustable frame and pillow set cost me well over $3,200. At Casper, it was $2700 for a split king with 2 adjustable frames. I highly recommend a split king if you are buying an adjustable mattress. I go to sleep way before my wife does and she can’t have the bed adjusted up. Next time, a split king will be the way...

Joe (Bianco) greeted us immediately. Was extremely friendly and laid back. Joe took the time to help educate me on the difference between literally every option in the store. Un wavered by the gauntlet of questions, Joe answered clearly and concisely ever single time. Cool as a cucumber too. Real nice guy, pleasure to be able step into his world for the time we were there. The mattress world is overwhelming. He tailored my experience according to our time together. It was seemless. You can over spend your money down the block, get blown off, and zero education/information or you can go meet Joe and find out for yourself. It was the total package for me personally. Let's face it everything is expensive. Personally if I'm going to spend any kind of money these days, I want to know that I'm spending it wisely. Thanks Joe! Can't wait to do it again for the...
