I do deliveries at night and this one female manager has the nastiest attitude towards all the delivery drivers. Everyone else that works there is chill and down to earth. It’s just her that ruins it. I came in told them who I was picking up for showed her my phone then when I took a picture of the order to confirm i’m picking up the right order for the customer. I hit confirm to proceed with delivery and brought me to the GPS screen. She gave me the drinks which I put on top of my phone and when I tried to grab the bag with my left hand, she refused to let go of the order which made me almost dropped the drinks so I asked her. “What are you doing?”then she said “I need to see you confirm it” I then told her I already did when I took the picture and I have the GPS on and she said I didn’t see you do it so I wanna see it so I showed her the bottom of my phone so she can see the GPS was on because I had the drinks on top of it which I didn’t wanna drop she proceeded to not let go of the bag which made the drink start slipping so I told her let go and took the bag from her and then had one order in my hand and showed her my phone so she can see the GPS was on. She then proceeded to yell at me while pointing her finger on my face and say I’m going to report you don’t come back here. I told her to relax I showed you my phone and said I don’t come to steal Taco Bell… you see me multiple times a week multiple times a day. I proceeded to drop the order off took a picture so I can show her it was delivered. I then I had two orders at the same Taco Bell and when I got to the store she refused to give me the orders and said I wasn’t welcome there treating me like I was some criminal… She was on the phone with Doordash and complaining to them that I took a picture of her instead of the food which in my opinion is kind of dumb, because if the bottom part of your body and your forearms are in the picture while you’re handing me the food, is it really that much of a big deal? I personally don’t think it’s that serious. I’m disappointed in the fact that as a manager she lacks that much emotional control, she should be maturity to not blow things out of proportion, and then she went out of her way to call Doordash support and beg them to unassigned me from my offers taking money out of my pocket, which is extremely disrespectful When I’m just doing my job …. Read moreAbsolutely the worst fast food place I’ve ever been too. Last THREE times I waited inside for over 28 minutes for $12 worth of food. Second time I asked for refund and left. The manager had the nerve to not only take another 10 minutes to give me my refund but had the nerve to tell me “maybe you should have went through the drive thru” there’s absolutely not one person that can speak English in their like 70% of the time. One guy literally waited 16 minutes just to order his food bc the girl at the front didn’t speak English and could not help him. Then they overcharged the guy on top of that by making them supreme tacos without sour cream and he ended up paying $16 and change $13 worth of tbell. I literally put his order in the correct way and it said he paid 4 dollars too much. Usually when you wait 20 minutes they offer your meal for free well when your dealing with a person who doesn’t speak English and shouldn’t even have the job is not going to offer you anything but attitude and unprofessionalism. Fast food whether there’s 10 or 30 ppl there should never take over 30 minutes. And even when you get the order it’s wrong. And then tell you your wrong it’s in the bag when it’s clearly not. Read moreIt was around 4pm and six of the signs were still about breakfast. My husband wanted help watering but they told him he had to put himself on a machine. He told them that he had no idea what he could order because most of the signs over his head are about breakfast. They got a step stool change the signs and then told him they had to go and put his order in himself. There were people there who would help him but nobody did. We should have walked out but he knew that I want to tacos and would not disappoint me. After he plays his order the process took almost 30 minutes from when we walked in until he places order. Then he wanted the receipt but they would not give him one they told him he would have to be sent to his email. How could we check if something was wrong or right if we didn't have the receipt to check it? This was just ridiculous! Then there were a line of cars outside about 7 to 10 deep. They will have their orders taken and were given their foods before we even got hours a gentleman next to us choked and said next time he'll go through the car window and then just bring it inside to enjoy there because it would be much quicker.
