For seasonal rates it is the best price, however, they offer a small store/game room and 2 small playgrounds, a basketball court and a pool onsite, its a no frills campground. I come to the shore for the beach not the campgrounds. Since the "family" took over running the day to day operations its looking a little like a junk yard. The fee goes up but maintenance does not. I love my little retreat but could do with less attitude, we are here to have fun and unwind. Some people forget where...

Love it here..came to stay at my brother's place. Nice and clean..nice pool. Great staff. Only down fall is even though my brother owns his place and pays his dues you still have to pay $10 a night per person to stay there of u aren't a resident but I guess it's better then paying...
