My mom and I embarked on a day trip from Toledo to St. Clair Shores Beach, soaking up the sun until we were ready to indulge in some delicious Filipino cuisine. Luckily, we stumbled upon Pinoy Classics, a hidden gem in the area! As we entered, we were warmly greeted by the inviting decor, including beautiful money tree plants. Although the grilled pork belly was sold out (a testament to its popularity!), my mom and I opted to share an order of the savory pancit and treated ourselves to a refreshing halo-halo. And oh, it did not disappoint! The halo-halo was one of the best I've had, and the pancit tasted perfect.
