I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a mattress from this well-known mattress store in town, and I must say, the customer service I received was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional.

First and foremost, Jim who assisted me displayed an excellent knowledge of the different mattress types and features available. Jim then provided me with detailed explanations and recommendations, allowing me to make an informed decision.

Furthermore, the quality of communication during the mattress selection process was outstanding. The store had a wide variety of options available, and Jim took the time to explain the differences in materials, firmness levels, and mattress technologies. He was able to answer all of my questions with clarity and patience, leaving me feeling confident in my decision.

When it came time to finalize the purchase, the checkout process was seamless and efficient. Jim took the time to ensure that I fully understood the warranty details and very accommodating in arranging the delivery of my new mattress, providing me with updates.

Great experience from start to finish. David Antigua took all the time that was needed by my husband and I to pick the right mattress for us. He asked lots of questions and allowed us to test at least 12 different mattress’s. David showed us many different mattress with costs from $1000 up to $8000. David never pushed us one way or another, he just wanted to make sure we were given all the options that would be best for my back and shoulder pain. We settled on an Aireloom mattress and received the President’s Day discount and another discount for paying cash. It took just over two weeks for the mattresses to arrive from the Manufacturer ( manufacturer delivery took almost a week) and they delivered it the next day after arrival. The delivery crew was great, they met my time requirement window, set everything up quickly and even managed to sync our remote’s for the adjustable frame. They were professional and very nice and removed all trash. We will definitely be customer’s for life. First night on our new mattress we both slept 7-8 hours straight and I woke- up without the back and shoulder pain I usually have. We are very happy we went to...

I've been a long time customer of Matthew's, I am not too happy this time around, I had a defective bed that they took back, Patrick was not very nice either, he acted pretty rude,, because I called too early and didn't wait the two weeks for them to call me and approve the bed. I feel I got a bed that's worse than the first one. They wrote up a receipt that said if not comfortable you cannot exchange it. I never exchanged any of my beds for that reason or any other. They must of known this bed was going to be very uncomfortable. I payed over 1,000 for the bed and frame and the bed I got was worth about 299.00 at another mattress store, not very fair, Patrick gave me supposedly a comparable.
