Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nokomis Sarasota South, an IHG Hotel — Hotel in Venice

Frandi !!!!!!! The front desk representative is the most personable and kind person that I have ever came across in any of my hotel stays. I travel quite frequently with business which is to say I travel with my company when I first walked into the hotel. I noticed everything seemed to be up to par. Everything was clean, everything was Very accessible. And whenever there was things to be worked out at the front desk, the front desk frandi was the most helpful I did? In fact, deal with a few other people along the night shift and weekend shift and they were just as professional as she was every room that I have stayed in, which is to say also that I have stayed at this hotel for about a month. Now on business and every room has been to my standards or higher. If I needed anything, all I had to do was pick up a phone or stop by the front desk. This hotel should be raided a 10 star hotel. Based on my opinion, not only am I here for business. But I have family who travels to the area quite frequently. And I always and will continue as well to recommend this hotel at this location. I haven't backstayed at other hotels. Not being holiday in and they cannot hold a candle to the experience that I have got to experience at this location surrounding area. There are plenty of food gas stations, Wawa stores fast food or sit down restaurants. Whichever you prefer, some are walking. Some are just a few minute right away. I can't extend my deepest. Thank you for being away from my kids. My wife, my home and my hometown for long periods of time, sometimes weeks at a time. And I will definitely be back or I will definitely beg my company to be back to this location to top it off. Frandi seems to be the one that I always run into when I walk into the hotel if I miss 2 weeks at a time and I come back on the third week. I don't get 2 steps in the front door can I get welcome home Cecil? Because they are so personable with their guest. After 2 weeks and all the guests in between my stays, she remembered me by name. To me, that is very impressive. And I feel very welcome here so long story short. If you're looking for a best hotel experience without problems or if you do have a problem, it is quickly resolved, I would highly recommend that you spend the money, the mileage and the time to stay at this hotel. I am behind on writing this review, but I am finally doing it. The customer service was too good not to leave the review.

My family stayed at this hotel over the Memorial Day weekend and halfway through the week. Upon checking in, I noticed that the room that I booked over the phone would not be the room we were being given. However, I did not realize it until we were in the room! Phil quickly went into action to correct this issue, and we are so happy! He left word with his team to put my family in the appropriate room for the remainder of our stay, and everything was taken care of by the next day.

The food was really good, but we were sad about the gravy biscuits being offered only one or two days. It was actually good, and it didn't taste like "hotel food".

Everything was clean and the remainder of our stay went great. The room was cleaned daily unlike some other hotels these days.

I cannot express enough how good the customer services was! That alone will have my family staying at this hotel again if we are back in the area.

The only issue I had was that the water in the second room never was as hot as it was in the first room. I'm not sure why, and we never remembered to bring it up to the staff.

Also, I had never heard of a WaWa before this trip. It is right across from the hotel, and that was extremely good for us.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for a night while traveling, and our experience was truly great, exceeding our expectations from the moment we were welcomed.

The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all essentials in the room including additional bedding for the sofa bed already prepared, which was a thoughtful touch.

The hotel itself, including the lobby and breakfast area, was spacious and enough for number of guests during our stay with different convenient zones.

Breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of options and hands-on pancake experience for kids.

Food was well-stocked and timely, eliminating any need to ask for refills or waiting in lines.

The only minor downsides were a strange smell in the hotel and rooms and a noise from the A/C, but noise-canceling AirPods took care of that.

Overall, Holiday Inn Express provided an exceptional experience that we would highly recommend to other travelers.
