We walked in no one welcomed us or brought us to a table, we had to ask if we could be seated, the waitress then walked up and said “would you like a menu?” ??? and when donde ordering she said “and that would be TO GO right?” 0/10

NOTE: Let’s correct my review as that might have not been the case. But I’m not going to correct the part where we felt like we weren’t greeted appropriately or were welcomed by anyone when eating there. If you’ve reviewed your footage you can see where we stood there for a good minute and NO ONE even said “hi”, you can also see I had to go and ask the guy at the register if we could sit anywhere and he told us we could. We sat, the waitress like I wrote came up and asked us if we wanted a menu, (which I think if we’re eating there it’s obvious we need one). When done ordering she literally said “and that would be to TO GO right?” why would our order be to go if we went inside? I only said yes because I felt uncomfortable and obviously unwelcomed which is the reason I then asked if we could eat outside, when outside the waitress came out and said we needed to pay for our order and my boyfriend told her “no but we’re going to eat it here” and she still said “yes but its a to go order”. The reason I claimed racist was because right after us came in what was clearly an American family and she quickly sat them and gave them their menus. Not sure what breaking rules of restaurant etiquette means as we just wanted to eat some pizza after...

After reading all the rave reviews, I was excited to bring our monthly lunch group to Bella Rimini. Thankfully, only 6 out of our group of 15 could make it because service was extremely slow. The food was a mixed bag. The bread was delicious! The Eggplant Parmigiano was good but very soggy. The Gamberetti Salatati, the pizzas, and the ravioli were just mediocre. One of the girls had the calamari and loved it, but she thought the Pasta e fagioli was bland. I tasted it and agreed that it was bland, but it also wasn't tomato based, so it was unlike any Pasta e fagioli that I've had before. So other than the bread, the food was a disappointment. I feel like we went to a different restaurant altogether because, based on these reviews, everyone else seems to love the food.
